Yinglets don't have the sort of complicated systems of law that most human nations have, choosing instead to handle troublesome individuals by shunning, exile, or just plain killing them before they can cause more damage to the local enclave's reputation.
For mid-level offenses though, most enclaves tend to employ a system based on their observation of the human practice of placing troublesome individuals in public stocks.
