Snowy’s stand: Their name is “Poor Leno” after the song by Röyksopp. When designing stands, I didn’t solely humanoid ones, and poor Leno came from that notion. Who is Dakota: Dakota is probably my favourite from the Hayato group of characters, his design just hasn’t changed at all. Same clothes, same vibes, everything.

🎨Painting test sketch dump🎨

I use to digitally paint a lot when I was younger, I’ve fallen off doing it for awhile focusing more on a more clean cut style. But now and again I like to do paint tests, mostly to relax. I don’t think I’m particularly good?? at this LOL but it doesn’t make it any less fun to do. Oh I really love painting lips and eyes though, I think I’m alright at doing those 

💕Shizuka jobro: BeBe💕

BeBe honestly wasn’t that hard to design, I had a clear idea of what I wanted her to look like. BeBe is very much inspired off the 90s/early 20s female black rappers/r&b singers, or even like TLC. It was so easy in fact to design her, I tried redesigning her outfit to this pink fluffy coat. But ultimately I like the more muted look, with the camouflage greens, hints of pink and her cute hat 💚💚💚

Designing Shizuka’s humanoid stands look was difficult. I know there are some popular designs out there, but those are made by artists as well. So lifting their designs, just so I could use them in stories, felt wrong, instead I decided to take the task of making my own interpretation of her stand.

Here’s just a master post of my process of designing an older design for Shizuka Joestar. I’ve been planning for awhile to do something with her character, so this is a mashup of many doodles over many months LOL The first drawing is the final look I came to, but everything else is in a timeline of when I drew it. Her design was inspired off a couple things, like Bayonetta but for her outfit itself it’s heavily inspired by Kiddo from Kill Bill.
