Due to an unending stream of curve balls life is tossing my way I've yet to get out to the eye doctor to pick up my prescription glasses, but I did manage to get to the pharmacy to buy a pair of reading glasses and they seem to do the trick. We're coming up on some important events so I may continue thumbnailing the pages out so I can work out those scenes all at once. Yeah, I misnumbered the pages for the last post because of the two-page spread before that. These are pages 27 and 28.
Fun fact, with both these pages I ran into that "Oh, this page is not turning out good at all" feeling while doing the line-art, but now that they're all coloured and done, I'm really happy with them. Especially Cenk on page 28. I think that's my best rendition of him yet...

Apparently there was an issue with the files. I'm not sure of the details but it should be resolved now and the publisher should have the books within 2-4 weeks. I'll keep you guys posted.

Pages 22 and 23 are a two page spread. I'll be taking a break from new pages for a week or two to focus on commissions and other work. Once I get all outstanding work completed we'll see if I still have a sizeable page buffer and maybe I'll be able to go back to weekly site updates.

My stomach has been killing me all day but I think I'm still riding the high of the first book being printed because I was still able to finish this page today. If I can keep up this pace for a month or so I'll be able to get back to weekly page updates on the site.

I managed to knock this one out in a day on Sunday but forgot to post it. I'm trying to work on a bunch of commission work this week so there likely won't be another page until the weekend. But if I can knock out two more pages next weekend that will push me a bit closer to maybe being able to resume weekly page updates instead of bi-weekly. Feels good to work on the current chapter again after 2 months of revisions. Still, it's paid off because right now, as I make this post, the publisher is getting the files and will be placing the order with the printer for books 2 and 3. I'm not sure how long it takes for them to receive the books but the moment I know I'll be making a post about it here, there and everywhere. I am insanely excited.

Well, we all know it's not just a trilogy, but for the next year or so it will be in book form. And here, together, the covers for all 3 books. Book 3 will also have that R18 logo on it. Kinda want to put it in book 2, too, for consistency, but there's not really anything in that chapter to warrant it.

A sneak peek for you patrons. Yeah, I wound up dropping the idea of doing a reverse of the LOG:02 cover once I started sketching and the initial version of this popped into existence. Initially I thought I'd draw part of a table or bench she'd be sitting on, or even just having her float there on the cover. But then I thought, "Nah, let's have her sitting on some sort of machine, one with lots of tubes coming out of it like a tokamak reactor. That will look cool!

If I can keep this pace I should have revisions done by early next week, and the cover done by the end of next week. Once I update the site I want to start pushing the comic towards reviewers to see if I can get more eyes on it that way.
