Following on from the if-I-don't-know-it's-broke-I-can't-fix-it note, the autogenerated single-chapter epubs should now work in a wider range of readers. I'd tested in a couple, including calibre, but apparently they were broken in a couple of others, and presumably have been ever since I added them. Not quite sure what was happening, but my best guess is that they required a table of contents, even when the content was a single file.
That's what I get for rolling my own epu...

Just a quick reminder to please mention any website problems to me. It's apparently been broken for a while such that people trying to log in for the first time wouldn't be able to, and that had been going on for over a month before someone told me. (From the timings, at least four other people hit the problem without mentioning it.) That particular issue is fixed now, but please report any other problems you see, because I can't fix things I don't know about.
