The offer to present a dragon intrigues Topfer, but it's a futile gesture. So how does Paul sneak Romyn into the palace to see if his sister is there? Same tried and true method for any ex-rogue. Use intimate knowledge of the guard's schedule and layout, Find the weakest point and then impersonate as a guard with prisoner. The jailor notes the only reason they saw through the ruse was because Paul was smiling too much.

Hello! I'm just back from vacation today! I was supposed to be back yesterday-which is when I was planning to make this post-but my flight was cancelled. It was a bit of a whirlwind with everything leading up to the trip, so I scheduled as many posts as I could while away. Scarlet's arm becomes a workstation and Lyre discovers Loammi might not know what's going on, because the exit to that lab has a failsafe mind wiping apparatus...

And that wraps up the dinner auction story. That will take us to (looks at calendar) nearly the end of its original 2006 run. There's about two years worth of Funny Farm strips left before it reaches its conclusion. Might be time for me to start thinking if I want to do a sequel series or not. XD

Sorry for being slow to update things. I'm just getting over a flu, which is a more painful experience than I remember. XD
