There are many reasons for this, but in a nutshell I spent a good deal of time focusing on stability and bug fixes that may have been present. I think it's safe-ish to say that the game is more solid in all ways and all bugs or glitches I've found have been fixed.

I've spent a good deal of time bouncing back and forth between early game events, as well as adding new content. I've managed to replace about 60% of the early game content (before you are allowed to set out on your own and do as you please). I also removed a few bits that I felt weren't 100% relevant. I may even remove a bit more to streamline things and help get new players to the meat of the game sooner.

Just yesterday I ran across a glitch that may result in unexpected behavior for the game, essentially allowing you to click on buttons beneath your current screen. This has been fixed with the latest version of the game which will release in a few days but honestly there's no telling how long this has been causing issues for players. I can only blame it on my inexperience, my apologies!

At a certain point you gain the ability to connect to the Tower. This allows you to improve the tower itself (later in game), as well as improve your character's capabilities. (You need to fix the tower core for this to be unlocked, but you can access the button on the Status Screen.)

A few people have asked about this, and it's rather simple once you know how.
First, go to the folder where your game has been unpacked.

Once there, go to your search bar and type in 'save' and hit enter/return.

Some players may never see this, since it's right at the beginning and recently added. So, I thought I'd share it here.

A while back I started adding features for the kinks system of the game. Now that some of the major stuff is behind me, I can pick up where I Ieft off.
Kinks allow you to customize your gameplay by opting to view events related to various kinks.

From then on, the kinks you're not interested in simply won't be presented to you as events.

And ,immediately, I found some bugs that prevent content I posted in 0.30 from being seen.
I'll release a patch soon for the errors that I found in 0.30's newest additions. My apologies on this.
I didn't really get to test 0.30 as much as I should have due to a tight schedule (basically working like a maniac to catch up from Ida and those days missed). So far these are the known bugs that I have patched:

:Important Changes:
-The in-game menu has changed. Click the Black and white icon to expose the sub menus.
-Crafting is no longer a menu on it's own, instead you can craft by visiting the crystal on the first floor of the tower.
-You can visit the new menu for the Grimoire by going to the status screen and clicking the new button (green book). There is limited info there...

This is a post to sort of track the elements of the game that I need to work on / improve, for my own use as well as yours. 10 being they are "perfect", 0 being needs a lot of work. After a certain point in the story, crafting becomes available. You can use item synthesis to make items you need for exploration. This will serve as a game manual of sorts. I'll link posts featuring all the features of gameplay for Hom Factory. While it's not required reading, you may learn something new by checking it out.

Unlike some games, Hom Factory doesn't limit you to a certain number of day phases. The passage of time is based on your need to replenish Fatigue on a day to day basis. In other words, as long as you have fatigue you can experience many things.
