4 weeks 🐥

It’s been one month of cold turkey and I haven’t slipped once. Not even on the hard days. Not even when I got these very cute chicky socks.

I miss having a “Daddy”. But also just having someone who gives a fuck about little things like chicky socks. And having space where I can submit, and surrender a little to darker things.

Change takes time to adjust to. I’m adjusting, but it’s so slow. I’m trying to be patient with myself, and appreciate the chicky socks enough...

Ember ♥️

I adore Ember, she’s stunning to look at and stunning to know. A generous and graceful human, every time I looked over and saw her at the slumber party my heart skipped a beat because I was just SO HAPPY she could join us for the first time.

We were on just a couple hours of sleep, and had just finished cleaning the house and packing up, when she convinced me we should snap a few photos. I’m so glad she did.

Intention Art ✨

I picked up these teeny tiny 2 inch frames a while ago at a craft store, collected a bunch of metallic sharpies, and asked our guests to decorate them with a word or symbol for their intentions for Spring. This was happening while everyone was arriving and getting settled, I loved seeing what folks came up with.

Being Useful ✨

This is a random snapshot from the beginning of the night. The Beekeeper was crouched on the floor working on “intention art” (more on that later) and also being very useful as a footstool for Anna. (Who looked fucking gorgeous!) (Sidenote, everyone looked gorgeous. We just spend the night screaming about how hot everyone looks.)

I led a little clothespin demo during the slumber party, people paired up and took turns playing with pinchy pain. I looked over and saw Elly using clothespins to hold her hair back, being generally adorable. I had to snap a pic. ♥️

Ember and her partner Elle joined us from NYC for the slumber party. Ember is such a warm and graceful human, I soak up every little chance I get to spend time with her. Meeting Elle was a treat too!

The 5th Sapphic Slumber Party was a success. I’m exhausted and I’m almost home. Over the next few weeks I’ll be posting tons of pictures and telling stories from another wild night in the mansion. For now I need sleep and time to let it all sink in.

Late Night Prep Session

Ms. O just left, we spent the last 5 hours working on the ‘zine at my dining room table (while the rest of my life happened around us.)

She arrived with a milkshake and cake, she saved the day and helped me get organized. This is what she does. I’m so lucky to have such a good Right Hand.

We figured we’d need time Friday to finish, but we managed to complete the whole thing! I blame Beyoncé for the inspiration, I watched her Homecoming documentary this morning.

Rainbow Fluorite

I’m obsessed with how this raw fluorite looks. I’m so attracted to their colour, and the rainbow layers. Fluorite is good for anxiety and warding off negative energies. It’s said to help you tune into your intuition. My best friend reminded me it’s a good stone for balancing and grounding yourself, clearing your head and aura.

I’m having sexual feelings about doing some sort of aura-cleansing while covered in crystals like this. Maybe that will be the theme for my next party....
