It's not completely integrated, but we already can see it on a game model inside the game. Obviously, all the shapes can be combined differently, exactly as we do for the body shape. And penis could be flaccid or erect, keeping the overall shape.

I'm still struggling with new genital approach and nevertheless there are still much stuff to do. But I don't want to keep you waiting completely without content, so I can build a game version without Futa/Male characters. Futa Penis integration
OK, boys and girls. I thought it's time to stop the journey for AAA penis integration. Let's say B+ is not a bad decision too. I'm still not happy with it, but c'mon I never was!
Anyway, still need to conform it to the body shapes (all this fat, skinny, muscular, e.t.c) and add couple of customization presets. I think about: tiny, regular, big and HUGE (that picture represent huge). Did I forgot something important?

Playing around with more precise camera manipulator for Ultimate version. With some practice you'll be able to catch literally any possible angle of view. And also switch between different "focus distances" to mimic the real camera manipulator (and make a best shots, of course)

OK, I made some proof of concept and I hope it could be done relatively fast. The main reason to rework a penis&balls approach is to make a more adjustable and extendable system for the sex related content. You know, I hate to rebuild already working parts even if it's not looks so good as they could. But in this case I feel like we will facing a bunch of limitation with sex animations and that's completely out of my plan – I want to see A+ sex scenes.
