Sierra - Learning the Art of Instax

This shoot circa 2015 was special because it's where Sierra and I figured out how to work the double exposure on the instax mini and make more ethereal things. Like most of the models I shoot, they prefer to be on film for both aesthetic and beauty purposes.

Maya - Dystopian LA Ravewear

Outside most LA warehouse studios are hallways of decay, interesting colors and textures, and this one was particularly beautifully gruesome with a random "Fuck" setting a stage for Maya. In her ravewear with neon boots, some of my favorites from our first shoot.

From our first shoot May 11, Maya had many colorful tights and while they were all shot differently I thought they looked cool as a set.

Maya - Trapped In Loops WIP video

Felt like promoting my new friend Maya who I met on Sunday! Some of her go-to things are wild improvisational dancing and cords/ strangulation for some reason, both of which are featured in this WIP clip for my song Trapped in Loops.

I did the animation in Procreate Dreams and actually started from a place of Maya's own videos which include text and unusual framing/ collage frames.
