Hey everyone! Well, it’s the scary month again, and to celebrate, I made this famous scary recipe that dates all the way back to the middle ages- Popcorn balls. And for those of you astute viewers, keep a real sharp eye throughout. If you look closely, you will see what seems to be a figure appear in the background of one or more of the shots. Is it a ghost? Who knows! Either way, these delicious party balls are sure to liven up your Halloween gathering, or just your own evening by yourself...

Good evening everyone! Well, I hope you’re hungry, because this one’s a mouthful. I’m getting back to my New Jersey roots with this classic: the Authentic Jersey Style Stromboli. It’s basically like pizza, only pizza is a little better, and easier. I hope you enjoy. Be careful, and as always, thanks for supporting Henry's Kitchen!

Hey Everyone! Well, I can’t believe it has been 10 years since the first Henry’s Kitchen. And looking at the early episodes, I think I may have aged more like 20. So much has happened over the last 10 years, mostly in the kitchen. Thanks you so much for supporting this series. It just simply would not exist if it weren’t for you patrons, and it's a lot fun. Let’s make it another 10, so I can age another 20! Thanks everyone, and enjoy Henry’s Famous Circular Share n' Tear Mushroll!

Hey everyone! I’m sure you’ve all heard that if you do something for 10,000 hours, you eventually become an expert at it. Well I’ve cooked for more like 100,000 hours, so I’m probably 10 times better than the experts. I think I proved that with this dish, Henry's Takoyaki Octopus Balls! It’s not easy, but then nothing worth doing ever is. I hope you enjoy! BTW, I know these videos on Patreon aren’t listed for the public, but if you patrons ever want to share them with friends or f...

Hey Everyone! I’ll bet what you did for your long weekend wasn’t as fun as what I did: I made croutons! Henry’s 8 hour (give or take) recipe. This is a great recipe to try if you’ve got a lot of down time. I herniated a disk making Brussels sprouts recently, so fortunately I was able to use the in-between moments during this recipe to catch up on physical therapy exercises. Thanks so much for your support, from both of us here at Henry’s Kitchen! (Me and Roast Beef)

Hey Everyone! Here's an American classic- The Rockin' Peanut Butter Cookie. You can make it with any type of Peanut Butter, but I would recommend not using whatever this organic crap was that I used- I had a lot of problems with getting the right consistency. Thanks everyone so much for supporting the Henry's Kitchen videos, and welcome to the new Patrons. Please reach out with any questions, requests, suggestions or just to say hello. Happy Cooking!

Hey everyone! Well, a couple of bumps on the road making this dish, mostly I got the wrong kind of spaghetti, but other than that- pretty damn filling! Try this one out, especially if you need to feed a bunch of hungry kids. Or just if you want to eat a lot by yourself. Thanks so much for supporting the Henry’s Kitchen videos everyone, and I hope everyone is well, and full!

Happy Spring everyone! Well you know what they say about Spring, it is a time of blossoming and growth. I took advantage of the outdoors in this episode by shooting it on my patio. I will warn you that this dish is extremely difficult to make. It took me a few dozen tries. But when you take that first bite into this German Dutch Baby Pancake Soufflé au Fromage, it makes all the hard work more than worth it. Thanks for the support everyone, and enjoy!

And hey, Valentine’s day is coming up, so maybe you can make it for that special someone, especially if they have irritable bowel syndrome. Hi everyone! A couple people asked which song was used for the Black-eyed peas video, and even though it's not finished, here is what there is of it. It's still a work in progress. Also, I would like to put out another video before the end of the month, "How to Make Shan Yao", which is a stuffed yam that is used in Chinese herbal medicine to treat irritable bowel syndrome. I wanted to give a heads up though, because this page is set up to charge per new kitchen video, so if you want you...

Happy Holidays everyone! I just wanted to share this here. Even though I made the banana buns video a while back, as you may remember, I recently re-worked it to make it a holiday video and release it to the public. (No one gets charged for this). I'm still working on this month's new video, which I will have by the end of the month. (I'll give you a hint: it will be Henry's Mediterranean-style Baklava) But in the meantime, take a trip down memory lane if you like and learn to make these fest...

I want to be honest with everybody, I’ve been dealing with a little bit of depression lately. I think it’s normal. I am so thankful for all of your support. Thanks to you this kitchen show that started as a dream in my bachelor apartment 9 years ago, continues to be so. The other day I made pizza, and even though it looks delicious, I put a little bit too much sugar I think so it tasted strange. But I’m gonna try it again, and share the recipe with you guys this month. Thank you so much...

I also included a special PSA on food sanitization. Special thanks to Roast Beef and José Suicidio. Thanks again for the support everyone, and please stay safe!
