This was a tough one to make but a lot of good info and insight into what Japanese ate 400 years ago during the Edo period (1603 - 1868) at a restaurant that has recipes from the time they cooked for Daimyo of the Kaga Clan in Kanazawa. Very special experience and story.

For most countries, it'll be Sea Mail / Surface but they are arriving in 6-8 weeks and the contents are longer shelf life, 3 months or more.
