Big things are brewing!

Hi everyone! We wanted to give you a few updates...FIRST! Ok, so today we had Jason aboard again and we got a few bugs worked out with our rigging. She's finely tuned now and we're ready to roll! Our plans have slid to the left a bit, so here's the new! We're headed south right around the 1st of October, Miami is the destination. We'll anchor the whole way there. Then it's provision time! Get crazy with the Lazy Geckos!

We wanted to give you an update for our trip to Fantasy Fest this year! We'll be in the area for 4 days, we are available for a meet up on Thursday, 27 October. 

In case any Patrons can make it, we will be available to Patrons only from 4pm-5pm at the Lazy Gecko bar right on Duval St. We will be inviting others to join from 5pm until 7pm.

Tropical Storm/Hurricane Prep

Hello everyone! We're knee deep in prepping for the storm that is probably heading our way in the next 24 hours or so. Weather Covers are down (to allow the wind to blow through easily), Taco is raised and stowed and we're working on securing the sails, etc today. 

Is it scary? Umm...We're in a pretty sheltered location far from any inlet which was the plan for hurricane season. Concerned would be a better word to use this time! If it were a full blown hurricane hitting us dead on...That ...

New Lazy Gecko Wallpaper!

Professional rigging survey

Ugh! Finally! The rigger was up the mast for an hour and a half before it popped free! Good news is that there is no damage and we can keep using it to raise and lower Taco! The one on the left is the halyard in question. It was jammed along the side. As you can see, it's running true now though and thats a relief! The cost of the repair was $105. You'll see more on an upcoming video!

You might see a few changes here and there with our photos. We've been wanting to update a few things for a while now and are finally getting a chance to! We're also knee deep into our projects. Jeremiah's been dealing with a nagging AC issue. It runs but there's something funny going on with it. We were at a marina for a bit to do a few repairs, we've now arrived in St Augustine, Florida and we plan to stay here for a few days to explore the town.
