Replaced the straps with 3d models and started work on the lewd version. As with Widowmaker, Mercy's nude body was quite outdated, so I have some catching up to do, mainly on the hands and feet.
Once work on the nude body is done, I'll finish up the straps. Those strings need to be more or less straight, not wobbly like this.

Started work on Mercy's summer skin and doubled down on it. Almost done quadrangulating it. Some parts still need to be mirrored over to the other side. I'm going to replace the body with my own model, so don't mind those parts.
The straps and various metal pieces on her skin are mostly painted on. I'm going to redo those in 3d. After that I'll start lewding her up.

Hey!
Here's some lighting progress. Some special lights like for her eyes are still missing, but I like where the general lighting is at the moment.
I'll do some tweaks to Mercy's textures next: make the almost symmetrical moles less distracting and make her skin a bit more shiny.
There's still a little bit of animation work left to do, but this is nearing completion, I think.
