Weekly Color Pinup

This is the most risque pinup I've done in a while, which wasn't really my intention, originally. The pose just turned out that way! That loin cloth... Yeesh! I feel like the whole funny message of her being afraid of a snake is completely missed for that near fatal panty slip. It kind of steals the show! And yeah, that loin cloth extends into undies, so she's not nekkid underneath. It just ended up looking that way when I added the cloth flap on top. XD

I kinda thought it'd be funny if the dragon girl was afraid of snakes, or just loathed reptiles, in general. XD

Here's the sketch that should have been posted Friday! That was Halloween, and I was gone all day planning and then having a party... Then, I spent the next day recovering. XD

This one is included with the October rewards, so I should have it colored by the 5th, when I send off rewards.

Weekly Color Pinup - Dragon Hoard (darker version)

Here's the alternate version of the character, with slightly darker skin. Let me know what you think! I feel the lighter one pops more from the scene, but this is what I originally had in mind. I imagine she'd be able to transform into nearly completely human, with no scales, spikes, tail, etc, or she could go full fire-breather, and become enormous. She's a dragon first and foremost, but enjoys spending time as a human, as they fascinate her... But not as much as acquiring new treasure!

Sneak Peak - Drowned Throne Sketch

I've been really wanting to draw skeleton warriors, lately. Not sure if this dude's "alive" (undead?) but it's a scene I had pop into my head, all of a sudden, and I just let the stylus fly! I love it when stuff comes out like this, when I am imagining it just as quickly as my hand can move. The lighting on it should be real...

Weekly Pinup Sketch - Dragon's Den

Got ourselves a dragon hoard, here! I was listening to the soundtrack to Dragon's Crown while I drew today, which was pretty inspiring. :)

Hmmm, I think I wanna keep this character around... She could be a shape-shifting Red Dragon, And this would be her "nearly" human form. It's gonna be a heck of a lot of fun coloring her, she's going to have some crazy markings! And all that gold and treasure should be fun too.

Here's a simple one, with the character I featured a few weeks ago. This time she's washing windows for some weird reason, completely careless of the wardrobe malfunction going on... After battling a few household issues, I was finally able to finish this! The power company has been doing work in my neighborhood the last few months, installing new gas lines. It's all been good, but then, early Tuesday, they came to hook my house up to the new system and found that my house piping was completely rotted! The worker was able to break it off the house with a little tug! Scary thing is it was right outside my bedroom window, where we light candles... They said the leak was big en...

Aaaargh, ok... I had to do a follow up pic. XD

I might work her expression a bit more, to maybe something more severe, like an exhausted expression, or maybe even a slightly drunk one... We will see. Pinup Update

This last week's  colored pinup ended up taking quite a lot longer than it should have. I always forget how long it takes to draw all of Lin's little outfit details, like the triangle bits on the fringes, and all the trim. I spent a good 6 hours sketching, another 6 or so hours just cleaning the lines and redoing the skirt, and all day today laying out the flat colors! I just kept seeing things that needed to be fixed...  But I should have it finished tomorrow, regardless, so that it m...

Man, I did the background, like, 3 times on this one. Couldn't really figure out what I wanted, all I was thinking about when I drew the character was something like "I wonder if I could do one of those nifty 'boobies-er'-2-big-fer-mah-clothes' type of pics. XD

This weeks pic was based off of a reference pic. Can't find the credit... It's funny, I don't do many relaxed standing poses, I always try for something more action like, when someone is standing...
