So here we are! The story title is revealed above and below (but for the time being it is only drawn in Cyrillic letters):

I love the provocative tone of this title, although (of course) we're not talking here about horrible nuclear disasters, but about little herb also known as wormwood instead. Why not just call the story Wormwood, then? Well, I am just too fond of the weird tone this title...
