Excellent news. Rye Part One drops this weekend.

Okay, y'all, it's been a frenetic couple weeks—and I took the day off work today to finish coding the build, cherish me—but 0.3 RP1 is now complete. 

We're gonna release it this weekend. 

Here's what it has: 

-Motherfucking Rye Part One (multiple sex scenes, new bad end, new characters.) 

-New Silhouettes 

-New Goddess Day Ending (When Rye likes you enough) 

-New zone (the club, obviously)

Hi! As you may recall from our progress post, many of our delays as of late have been because both our animator and our backup animator have disappeared.

Rye is still two weeks away: an apology

Hi.  We're putting this monthly progress post out a little early, because it contains things you'll want to know. Read on, friend! 

1. Rye is delayed. Sorry about that. 

So! We have a long and pretty-standard list of shit that went wrong; 

-health problems

-surprise bugs 

-our animator disappeared

-our backup animator disappeared

We're working on it. Programming is vast, bugs are myriad, and making our own bespoke rhythm game turned out to be...ambitious. Things are pretty plug and chug right now, but still, there's a lot of volume.

So what's up in August

Hi. 

Development Heck: 

We were sick and tired of our game crashing more often than a drunk driving simulator, so we decided to code our own video plugin for GMX. Then, a few weeks into that, we realized that was an insane undertaking of the same scale as FDW, so we stopped. 

Now, we're excited to port FDW to Ren'Py! And bonus, we actually have Turbo-Dev Bert working on it. Unclear when we'll actually make the change, but it's progressing faster than we anticipated...

• facing problems whith animated scenes closing or freezing the program.
