Arimaspi, the King of Kings

Here's the 7th of 22 planned Demiurge profiles, depicting the 10th Demiurge, Arimaspi. This Demiurge was a bit of a blank slate as I started writing the background for him, but I think he turned out quite interesting, embodying a sense of fate and destiny.

Thanks to my patrons' support on this page, I've been able to work with the talented Vincent Coviello to bring all the Demiurges to life. &nb...

Patron Survey

I’m on the cusp of getting 60 patrons, which is a milestone I never thought I’d reach, and it’s got me thinking about what YOU are getting from this project - what are you here for and are you getting that?

The idea with this Patreon was to make a page where I can showcase worldbuilding in Elyden.

Over time, I realised that most people who were becoming patrons were doing so out of self-interest in my cartography, rather than an interest in the world of Elyden.

This is a biggie! I've been working on this one, on-and-off, for the past year-or-so, between atlas maps.

To be honest, I've got side-tracked by the atlas maps, meaning I've stopped making different types of maps, which is a shame, as it's nice to try something different onc...

BONUS High-res map - the Moloth Khammothul Mtns.

The latest map I've posted details a pretty large area, so some of the topographical details may be a bit difficult to make out, so I decided to add a 2nd textless map. The normal one is still only available to patrons at the shaper tier and higher, but as a special one-off, I thought it would be nice to make a super high-res map available to all my patrons as a thank you for sticking it out!

This is 400 dpi and around 70 x 50 cm, so its the largest map in the atlas style that I've...

How do you prefer the textles maps

One of my patrons asked me for textless maps without lat / long lines.

This got me wondering how patrons at the Acolyte tier and higher, who get access to textless and High-res versions of all my maps, would prefer to view the textless maps - do you prefer them with the lat / long lines, or without?

Please take a few seconds to answer the poll below - the winning vote will influence how future textless maps are presented.

Thanks.
