I've finally got the import working correctly (I hope, I pray) and it's ready to go! It's so much longer than I realized 😳 It's ~17.5k words without the import, and 35k with it. (For reference, Book 1's first chapter was ~13.5k words).

Whew, I have been working this week. And tbh? Loving it. The demo is almost ready - I don't have a release date yet but I'll post one in the next couple days. It's been a mad dash as usual but mostly because I've rewritten like half of it. This week alone I banged out 9k words which puts the final version of the alpha at about 13k currently (Book One's first chapter was a little less than 12k words). I expect it to total at about 14-15k by the time I'm done.

I spent today at the hospital dealing with an allergic reaction to meds (I'm okay now and resting), so I hope you'll bear with me, this update's going to be short. The past week was mostly a mad dash to get Apotheosis demo-ready (I always seem to find 10 things in every demo the day before it releases, lol). But I did also spend a lot of time on Leas, and it was nice to ping-pong back and forth on it. I'm looking forward to some exclusively-Leas time this week though.

You'd have the ability to rewind the game to the following spots:
The beginning of chapter 6 (the chapter in the wilds where you meet the Guide and the Guardian)
The middle of chapter 7 (just before the date)
The beginning of chapters 9, 11, and 12

Aaand we're off to the races! I had the absolutely magical first moment where I felt out of my weird limbo state, and the story was just plain flowing. I worked on both Leas and Apotheosis and in both cases I finally felt like I knew what I was doing, where I was going, and had a solid confidence that the words to express it all were going to come to me.
