Hey everyone, Austin here!
First, quick apology on the lateness of a couple of August rewards. PAX West and Labor Day really threw a wrench into my time to work on those, but I should have them out to everyone by end of week! (Also August postcards are on their way to Ali for postage-adding, so those should be sent out early next week.)
In any case: It's time for another Live at the Table Poll! All of the games from last time that we didn't play are still on the list, plus...

Hey y'all, Ali here.
So, when I came to be the producer of Friends at the Table, I tried to be way more cautious about episode lengths. Sure, sometimes we have reasons to push and stretch things and there was no way An Animal Out of Context wasn't going to be four hours--but I really try to keep things under 1:45, and DEFINITELY under two hours.
This Tips at the Table episode is some how two hours and twenty minutes.
I don't know how this happened (I do), I really hope to ma...

Yesterday I realised that I hadn't been bowling for ages and I LOVE bowling! I used to go Bowling down at the McInlay Lanes on 4th but when I went to their website I found they'd closed down after the flood and that's such a dang shame because while their fries were soggy the lanes were great and Mrs. McInlay was always there to talk about where to place your foot, or what was on the television, and for f...

Austin, Jack, Janine, and Keith delve into the world of Golden Sky Stories, a game focused on the "everyday magic" of Japanese mythology, and the everyday problems of ordinary people. If that doesn't sound great to you yet, then how about this: Keith plays a cat, Janine plays a raccoon dog (aka a tanuki), and Jack plays a little boy (who is also a crane, (all of the animals are also children, but Jack's little boy is A Lot and very Good.))
Also, a quick note (that frankly, I wish...

It's time for another Live at the Table Poll! All of the games from last time that we didn't play are still on the list, plus a new one.
The current plan is to play this Sunday (08/20), with the YouTube archive available immediately after that and a basic, OBS audio archive soon afterwards. So if you can't make it, no worries, the archive will be there for you.
The poll will run til 5PM EDT tomorrow, as to allow us time to do the amount ...

Hey everyone!
I've been ITCHING to share this update with y'all for weeeeks now, but I've been waiting for the first arc of Twilight Mirage's planet-side game to wrap up. (Here's a little bonus insider info: In my own notes, I refer to the planet game as "Dawn" and the ship game as "Dusk.")
I've been waiting for that partly so that I can show you their character sheets in the state that the characters are in as the first set of arcs come to a close... but also because I wa...

Hey y'all, Austin again!
If you missed last night's Live at the Table episode, here it is. Also, if you'd rather an audio version of the ep, hang tight! We'll be adding an export of the stream's audio to the RSS feed later today!
Without giving too much away, just wanna say that Janine, Keith, and I had a blast with Downfall. The game's world creation led us to create the sort of world and characters we never could've imagined making up until the moment we did the damn thing...

If you're receiving this, it's because we need you to vote in a poll to determine what the first game we'll be playing in our one-shot Live at the Table series!
The options this month are a combination of stuff y'all have suggested and things that we've been dying to play for years. There's nothing here that we won't be excited to try out, so please, vote with your heart!

Hey friends, Austin here!
Last night, we hit our $10,000 goal, and I'm not going to mince words: I'm fucking floored right now. We all are.
Hitting that goal means a few things: First, it means that starting in the next few weeks, we're going to start live streaming a new one-shot every month. This is something we're all super excited about.
A few months ago we tested this out with a game of Lazers and Feelings as part of a live stream marathon, and the res...

Guys.
whhhhoooooooooooooooooooooooooeeeeeeeeeeee OKAY.
So like, when we were planning out what our patreon goals and tiers would be we knew Bluff City would be really tied to what we thought we could reasonably do, because we really wanted to do it, had some other ideas for some really cool things, but felt okay if they were unattainable.
We uh, did not think we were gonna hit that goal in 24 hours. So wow! Okay! Thank you! Thank you!!!! Thank youuuuuuu!!!!!!!!!!!!...
