It is friday evening again.

Just came home from training and now it is editing time!

For reference I start working my day job at 7:30 am and it is now 10:10 pm. Long day!

I don't know if you remember her but she is an old lady now. She is over a year old and they get usually to about 1-1.5 years so I'm afraid we will have to say goodbye soon. Although she still has an healty appetite which is a good sign!

I guess I should not only post good things.. sadly we lost a Bob today.. I don't know what happened or if I did something wrong but he is gone 😔

Recently I started a real company for this youtube channel. That also means I had to make a business account on google adsense (the payment service of youtube) instead of an individual account.

Now I will have to link the new google adsense account to my youtube channel to get the payments go to there. The problem is youtube has to review this new account and during this review I'm basically not monetized. So all money from adds in that timeframe (because ofcourse youtube ...

The video is nowhere near finished but hej I,ve got a thumbnail! I already regret starting making this because I have to go through hours of footage of the last 300 days to find good clips. Than I have the edit them in my crappy way and tie them al together with stupid dad jokes and make a story of it.

The colony is growing.

As you can see this colony has been busy and expended the nest. There are also multiple winged queens now. Next video will be something like "the evolution of my ant colony". Going back to day 1 to see how it started all the way to day today (too lazy to count how many days it has been)

Editing the thailand video!

Late night editing session in process. Let's say this week was back to reality for me. From travelling 3 weeks to a full time day job and editing in the evenings... 😅 But I'm happy I'm back home to create content for all of you.

I'm sorry for the absence of posts. I had to deal with food poisoning (twice) and with mosquitoes, soooooo much mosquitoes to film more Bobs. .. in 2 days I fly back home so than it is back to the regular ant, beetles, terrarium content!
