it's giving rough draft; it's giving hella missing context; it's giving i need to make a lot more b-roll than i initially considered -- but in lieu of a completed video, i'm sharing with y'all the direction i'm going in for december's upload.

we've got a working thesis and some foundational definitions -- and yeah a lot more work to do. i will finish and upload the whole deal in mid-december. y'all of course will see it here first.

ten minute thoughts: Rory from How To Die Alone

one day this will be ten minutes. bonus points if you get the reference in the beginning.

i have some discombobulated thoughts around Rory from How to Die Alone. the primary one being that he's great Leo representation (derogatory). i've said before and will probably say again that i'm really enjoying the way this show is building out it's characters - but this one they did a little too well and i'm tight about it.

almost two years to the day since i shuttered this fair patreon and i once again have the space for additional content creation!

i've got some exclusives lined up and early access to October's main channel video (two videos back to back? shocking i know) brewing but y'all heard it here first - the patreon is back.

also because of the surprise of this announcement, i've paused the billing...

maybe more bittersweet. i have several responsibilities in my offline life that are really fulfilling and pushing me to grow. unfortunately, i don't really have time to focus on my channel, much less creating extra content, right now. 

i'm still slowly working on a script (that was meant to be filmed, edited and posted for y'all as of yesterday/today depending on your time zone) but i think the healthiest choice for me right now is to pull back and find a balance before trying to j...

Patreon Security Shifts

hey y'all --

i just saw that patreon has made pretty huge changes to their security team, causing concerns on both the creator and consumer end with regards to data security. 

i'm passing along the suggestion of changing your passwords and payment methods -- but i also am actively looking for another, safer platform to replace this exclusive forum. (maybe YouTube membership is the way)

in the meantime, i understand as well that it might be safer for you, and me...

hey y'all -

another month, another update. by the time this posts it'll be the end of my first week of class, woo. i'm aiming to be proactive and start this semester with a strong schedule so i can juggle all of the things. fingers crossed.
