There are two primary fast-food chains in the GOBLINKO MEGAMALL, BIO-BURGER & BURGER PUPPET. BIO-BURGER was the first fast food chain to openly use & celebrate vat grown meat. It’s why the chain has such a blunt & straight forward name, they once represented change, before becoming the establishment. BIO- BURGER also employs no humans in the production or distribution of their food, it’s all robots. But they do have seemingly human women advertising their locations!

I’m using Midjourney to flesh out concepts & sometimes it gives me other ideas while I’m working on stuff. Anyhow it’s totally fun, totally the way the creative process should be & makes me very excited for the future when this tech can do video, 3D models & you can hook it up to a 3D printer!

One of the things people talk about in America is we have aging or crumbling infrastructure. This is shameful for such a rich, powerful country. Today, I spent time working on the GOBLINKO MEGAMALL infrastructure, things like rail-less public transport, waste collection, separation & transformation, cleaning robots, policing, greenhouses, fish farms & more. I’m sure I missed other ideas but my brain is tired.

One of the things I’m really good at is connecting the dots, extrapolation, recognizing patterns & then repeating the patterns, then I report back using art & writing to communicate my findings. So, I’ve had lots of ideas about the future, unfortunately they are making me impatient about how sloppy Portland is right now. Anyhow, one of the things I detest about the USA is how people victimize vending machines, leaving us with a unevolved, uninteresting vending machine culture.

I started doing work on the GOBLINKO MEGAMALL using MidJourney & I’m having so much fun! The general idea of the MEGAMALL comes from the revelation that the maligned mall is just a box full of boxes, the second idea is that space travel takes so long, that a ship must be a living space for generations, for people’s whole lives! As usual I’m going for a retro futuristic look to it, specifically Japan in 1981.

So, what I’ve been working on is ideas about early humanity, at the dawn of culture & the consciousness of humanity being noticed & seized upon by Daemonic entities that operate on certain aspects of human life. I feel that the non-parasitic version of this is to base culture & civilization off of humanity & the universe, & the more symbiotic version is paganism which is the Earth & Humanity. But I am definitely interested in these demons too!

The stuff I’ve been doing in Midjourney is so obtuse & weird that it is changing or reflective of the changes that have gone on in my brain.
