When I first imagined the above flashback, sitting on my back porch as a teenager, enjoying the afternoon sun and dreaming of robots that would take over my responsibilities for mowing the lawn, such things seemed much more futuristic than they do today. Creating this panel was a reminder of how we live in the future.

Sorry for the delay in new pages. I've been working on stuff for chapters that are a long way off, which has been fulfilling for me and will ultimately pay off in the long run, but I haven't much to show for it in the near term. And, of course, in the past week there have been recurring power outages where I live... the universe rarely fails to punish me for procrastination.
