There's still a few parts of KingChonkVT's model to render the art but the important parts are already rigged and ready to stream~

I also got a new Live2D child! Meet Strato!

Spoiler of the next solo stream: I'm sketching some emotes for who reached 12 months subbing to my Twitch channel as promised! I expect some to be animated~

Hii! Here are the progress of what I've been working on!!

Yesterday I finished the base of the body angles of Isla model, I still need to add a couple more movements and the hair/clothes physics. In this recording my mom appeared to talk to me and I noticed the mouth needs some fixing too.

My model's body is also fully rigged!!! Now I'm moving to the outfit~

After that there will be a few toggles and the Jellyfish left to rig. But I want to rig the jellyfish with you so it will be probably for VIP livestreams or even public ones, I'm still deciding.

I just wanted to let you guys know I'm still here lol.
I still didn't go back to my routine, I'm sleeping early and waking up early cause we still have a bunch of paperwork to solve and there's not a single place near home so we need help from neighbor to drive us there or grabbing uber every time.
I'm in charge of the morning coffee now and other housing chores, so it's been hard to spend time on pc. Usually, I turn the pc on but I'm afk most of the time.
Today I will try to schedule a meeting with a free lawyer from the government, I have no idea how that works but I just hope we finish these paperworks soon so I can go back and focus on streaming and working.
I'm opening memberships on Ko-fi soon too, the posts will be the same as here but they do not accept NSFW art, so the Master tier there will give the same benefits as the VIP.
As soon as I get a smol free time, I will probably sit on the open voice chat or the VIP one if I'm working on something. I miss steaming, tho.
I feel like I have a bunch more things to write, but this is getting big, so so so cyaa. I hope you guys have a good week 🩷🫧

Eu ainda não voltei à minha rotina, estou dormindo cedo e acordando cedo porque ainda temos um monte de papelada para resolver e não há um único lugar perto de casa, então precisamos de ajuda do vizinho para nos levar até lá ou pegamos Uber.
Eu sou responsável pelo café da manhã agora e outras tarefas em casa, por isso tem sido difícil passar o tempo no PC, geralmente eu ligo o PC, mas estou afk a maior parte do tempo.
Hoje vou tentar agendar uma reunião com um advogado de graça do governo, não tenho ideia de como isso funciona, mas espero que terminemos essas papeladas em breve para que eu possa voltar e me concentrar nas lives e trabalho.
Estou abrindo tiers no Ko-fi em breve também, os posts vão ser os mesmos que aqui mas eles não aceitam arte NSFW então o nível Master lá dá os mesmos benefícios que o VIP.
Assim que tiver um tempo livre, provavelmente vou sentar no bate-papo de voz aberto ou no VIP se estiver trabalhando em algo. Eu sinto falta das lives.
Eu sinto que tenho um monte de coisas para escrever, mas isso está ficando grande, então até logoo espero que vocês tenham uma boa semana 🩷🫧

WIP - New VTuber Child

I will be working on The_King_Chonk VTuber model design and art+rig and he allowed me to share anything I want from it!

So on the left is the very first sketch I made and then I gave some pause to learn a bit more of male anatomy because if there's a thing I don't like is how male vtubers look so tense and stiff like a robot so I tried to make a more relaxed pose for him and I'm getting happy with this second sketch~

There's still more things to add to the sketch before I move to the lineart and render but I wanted to share the WIP. He will appear on future streams so you guys can see him first~

Eu estou trabalhando no design e modelo do VTuber The_King_Chonk e ele permitiu que eu poste o que quiser durante o processo!

Então na esquerda é o primeiro rascunho que eu fiz e depois eu dei uma pausa pra aprender um pouco mais sobre anatomia masculina porque se tem uma coisa que eu não gosto é de como VTubers masculinos costumam aparentar estarem tensos e duros igual um robô então eu tentei refazer o corpo dele com uma pose mais relaxada e estou feliz com esse segundo rascunho~

Ainda tem mais coisas pra adicionar antes de fazer a lineart e renderizar mas vim compartilhar o processo. Ele vai aparecer nas livestreams futuras então vocês podem ver ele antes~

Guys which way do you prefer for a reference sheet?

I'm making the reference sheet of the front, side and back of the new OC and the chubby tail will cover the back part of the dress. Should I make the tail kinda transparent for the back drawing or I draw the dress detail separately in a balloon or something next to it?

Estou fazendo o desenho de referência da frente, lado e costas da personagem nova e o rabo gordinho vai cobrir a parte de trás do vestido. Deixo o rabo meio transparente no desenho de costas ou desenho os detalhes do vestido separadamente em um balão ou algo próximo a ele?

I'm so happy I figured out how to rig this!!

This tail was not like the others I've rigged. I drew it with lots of layers (base color, texture, shadows, different shapes) and rigged them separately for the tail sway, together with an X movement for when the body turns!

It was easier than what I expected! I think adding lineart around them wouldn't make much difference.

Esse rabinho não é como os outros que eu já riguei, esse tem várias camadas (cor base, textura, sombras, formas diferentes) e eu riguei eles separados para o movimento do rabinho junto com o movemento X pra quando o corpo girar para os lados!

Foi mais fácil do que eu esperava! Acho que adicionar as camadas de lineart não daria muita diferença nesse caso.

New model sneak peek! FEET

This is how her feet looks!! Yee I had no ideas for shoes and only socks is comfier since I don't walk outside much!

As you guys know, it took me a lot of tries to be happy because drawing feet is a pain, Zoid helped me a lot with his judgment.

I'm excited to rig it because it is divided in a lot of layers!! even the nails have their own layer!

And about the Christmas art, it's still here but it's taking some time to progress ;o; I feel upset to remember the Christmas already passed and the drawing is still on sketch but one day I will finish it, gomen.

It's been a while since the last model update so I want to show the most recent thing I did.

I figured out I will need to redo it because I rigged it at the wrong hierarchy but this is the result I want to achieve!
