It's that time of year again. Time for an Elder Scrolls game on LGR! And what a standout game in the series this... :|

First video made in 2017, and I think it's pretty sweet. Hope you enjoy!

And testing out my Sony FDR-AX53's 1080p60 mode, cuz why not :)
Also, HAPPY NEW YEARS!
Now that holiday things have settled down a bit, I just wanted to say that I hope you had a nice Christmas -- or any other event you may or may not be involved with this time of year :)
2017 is barelling towards us and whether or not it treats humanity any better than 2016 did, it's always exciting to look forward to a "fresh" start and look back. I think that 2016 was the best year of LGR so far, and that has absolutely been made possible with your support on Patreon and so many other pl...
Ugh. Another game by Head Games, and this time it somehow performs even worse than the others I've reviewed.
"Too bad, dude. YOU LOSER."
-.-
Since it's December, I figured I'd do somewhat of a holiday-themed Tech Tales! This episode is an expansion of my review of Thoughtware's Jingle Disk from a couple years back: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUnb-AoFyTY

Found myself wandering various stores today while waiting to meet someone, and figured hey, why not talk about some games. Specifically, the state of PC games at retail in the USA in 2016. Seemed appropriate since I just did a video talking about how these stores used to carry exclusive editions of big box PC games.

Patreon isn't letting me embed the video for some reason, so here's the direct link. This'll probably be the final Christmas review for this year (although maybe not the final Christmas-themed video) so I hope you enjoy!

It's December! Almost!
This is actually going to be the second or third Christmas game review I'm doing this year, but I just decided to finish it up first since I had most of the work done already. So this does not have my traditional "evil clone" intro like I do every year, that'll come later on once I finish that episode. There will be a review of Elf Bowling preceeding this one to provide context for the development of this game, so stay tuned for that!

And here we are, the final episode of LGR Thrifts Season 2. Thirty episodes have come and gone, that's crazy! Not sure when the next season will start, as that really depends on my luck thrifting over this winter. But either way, thanks for all the support and encouragement regarding the show, and have a nice Thanksgiving holiday if you celebrate it :)

This is a shareware educational baseball game for MS-DOS from 1992! I have strange yet fond memories of this, but I haven't been able to find a fully-working copy of v2.0, ever. My backup copy has long since gone corrupt, but I was recently able to get it mostly working so I figured I'd show it here!
Dang, only took 'em NEARLY A YEAR to come out with the next pack. Ya get apartments, a new city, etc... are they any good? Are the festivals and new careers worth the effort? Questions, answers, snark!
$300 for a gaming headset? Here's hoping they're super well-built...
