I am still just in awe of the selection presented to me here...

I'm going to be at PRGE at the end of October! I won't be doing anything in terms of official meetups or panels or anything super involved like that, but I'll be lazily wandering the area and hanging out over the weekend. Do feel free to say hi if you're there :)
I lost track of who all recommended I get one of these things, but thanks a lot for letting me know it existed! Definitely right down my alley, even if the execution leaves something to be desired :)

After people asking for YEARS for me to cover this, I figured hey, why not now! I'd actually never played this before, so I was really curious what all the hubbub was about.

Always loved this series of games in the arcades. And while there's not much reason to go back and play the DOS version these days of omnipresent arcade machine emulation, there's something strangely enjoyable about going back to it even still!

So, this is a thing. I've actually been looking for a copy of this for years (because of course I have) and finally sourced one on Ebay recently, so I'm excited to share it! There may not be a lot to look at, but dang if it isn't prime oddware.

Pretty excited to announce that I was asked to be a part of this mini-documentary! I didn't do much beyond submitting some commentary for them to use how they saw fit, but it's just super neat to be "alongside" industry legends like John Romero and Cliffy Bleszinski here.Hope y'all enjoy :)

It's like LGR Tech Tales, but with aliens worlds of bird people! Sort of.

Tons of you asked me to cover this after seeing it in the previous Thrifts episode, so hey, who am I to disappoint?

This has been a strangely enjoyable game lately, at least in small bursts in-between working on videos. May as well talk about it :)

As soon as I heard the story behind this one and found a copy of the rare mail-order registered version, I had to cover it. Lost Apogee games are exciting!

In which I come to the slow realization that The Sims 4 is just not going to turn into the game I hoped it would.

Obviously, if you're seeing this post you've already supported the show monetarily, so thank you :)
But this is so silly that I figured y'all would get a kick out of it anyway, hehe.

Since my Toys R Us catalog video went over well, let's see how this one goes :)

Just a heads-up: the most recent LGR Tech Tales episode on General Magic has been taken down due to copyright issues with a few seconds of video clips.
Rather than bothering with legal stuff, it'll be re-uploaded with alternate footage this week. I will also take the chance to augment it a bit :)
It's about dang time I got around to covering the sequel after all these years.

Crazy how influential this company was to the modern day. And yet, nobody really talks about 'em. So here we are!
