I've been rereading through my books about Victorian clothing for both men and women. The amount of layers and effort they put into everything is amazing.
Here are couple of different layers for our two main ladies. I didn't want Anna to end up looking like a pauper next to Morrie, as the girls are equally 'wealthy', but Morrie gets a lot of gifts from her clients. Anna gets to borrow some of these articles every now and then.

Some concept art for the second chapter of Small Trolls! :3 Fans of Year In Hereafter are familiar with these other characters we'll introduce here, though they appear in slightly different names.

Even once in a blue moon Karo puts that little bit of nightly hours activity into good use and actually draws concept art of buildings! :3

Opp, exactly like the title says, potentially the first two pages for Tistow's new beginning. Whether they'll stay like this or not I couldn't tell you, nothing's set in stone. But I'll enjoy drawing those crowds for sure.

If you've had a chance to read the script draft for Tistow's first chapter, you'll know there's been a mention of some urchins already. This little fella is one of the two. You'll recognise him from the old story too!
We decided against aging him (backwards) as we quite like the character as he is. Same will go for Mousey once we get to him. Mousey is not the other street kid in the script however. We have a whole new character we're going to introduce.

Morrie's turn! She only really got a mention on in the old story but she'll be making a proper appearance in the upcoming 1st chapter.
Known as Miss Fallow, she works at The Anchor as a waitress and later on becomes a sexworker for a reputable house. She also acts as a fence for the urchins.

I had a huge amount of these back in the day but all of the sketches are so terribly old now, I figured it'd be fun to redo some of them.
And it definitely was, so here's some of the main man-child, Jack. He's supposed to be around 20 in these, bit younger, healthier and not so hooked up on booze (yet) than what we're used to seeing. But still equally bad tempered and grumpy.
Will he ever grow up I wonder.

Couple of panels from random pages from the Kickstarter comic we're working on! Odie was successfully funded and even reached one stretch goal.

Hulloo!
So. Here is the demo I was working on for the 3 months. Not gonna say much, obviously there are things that could be bettered and (hopefully not too many) bugs might occur. But so far it's been a pretty rock solid little thing! This wee plaything won't be worked further, as it was simply something for me to work on for the 3 month long course.
If you encounter any game breaking problems, please let me know so I can try to fix it instead of having an unplayable thing...
