August Poll Results and New Models

August is here and that means a brand new set of models picked by you! Before I get to the poll results I just want to quickly say that, as you can see from the pictures, there are a few models already waiting for you to print in the new Dropbox link for August. 

In the first picture we have the newest member of the articulating family, Leafeon! This one can be printed without supports and is available in the complete version as well as the split.

Bulbasaur Planters

Coming in right before the end of the month I have cut up the Bulbasaur models so those with a green thumb can make some fancy planters. There will be another post coming tomorrow covering what will be on the release schedule but if you're curious you can take a look at the poll results for what was picked and those of you in the Facebook group already know the new articulating model coming soon as well!

Vaporeon

Well it's almost Friday and what better way to go into the weekend than having a new model to print?! Both Ornamental and Basic versions of Vaporeon are ready and waiting for you in the Dropbox along with the screenshot of how I would support both versions. I would add supports right across the front of the collar and maybe a little underneath as well. Other than that, the rest of the model should be good without.

Articulating Espeon

A new articulating model is ready for you in the Articulating Folder in the Dropbox! Supports will be needed under the side whiskers as shown in the screenshot in this post. Other than that you're good to go! There is also the split version with the tail separate from the body for those that like to go big.

Blastoise!

Ornamental and Basic versions of Blastoise are available for you to print now. It should be a fairly straight forward print with supports needed underneath the cannons and probably a little under the torso so it prints nice and clean. Vaporeon is the last poll pick for this month so make sure you save some blue filament and paint for that one!

Bulbasaur is available

Ornamental and Basic versions of Bulbasaur are waiting for you. You will need some supports under the chin just to make sure the ornamental designs print nice and clean but other than that, you're good to go. I will be releasing a split version as well so you can print the bulb separately from the body but wanted to get these versions to you first.

Blastoise and Vaporeon are the remaining poll voted models but I also have another articulating model in the works that I'll get to you as...

Nidoking (Ornamental and Basic)

Model number one, Nidoking, is in the Dropbox now. You can find him in the Ornamental and Basic Pokemon folder, number 34. Supports will be needed in a few spots but I dropped the torso right to the ground to give him a stable base.

Updated models & Poll Results

Just a quick post to let everyone know that I have cut up the Eevee, Umbreon, and Flareon articulating models so that you can scale them up and piece them together for those of you that like to go big. I have also added a few small details to the Eevee tail to make it a little nicer looking in my opinion (File named Articulating Eevee-V2).

Special Collaboration Project - Contest

Scyther and Jolteon

Apologies for the late release of these models, it's been a busy month to say the least! Finishing off the poll models is Scyther in both the ornamental and basic version which are in folder #123. It wont be an easy FDM print but I have tried to make it as easy as possible by keeping ornamental designs off the blades and wings so the nozzle isn't bouncing around while trying to print them.

Well somehow June is almost done and we're on to another poll post for next months designs. Below you will find the choices that you can pick one from and have a chance to get your favourite of the list modelled in the Ornamental style. Ornamental Squirtle

In case you were looking for something to start printing tonight, Squirtle is available now. It's pretty light on the supports and really only needs a few on the back to make sure those ornamental designs print out nicely. Lechonk Piggy Bank

Well I hope everyone is having a great start to their weekend so far! I know a few of you have mentioned the thought of a Lechonk Piggy Bank and here it is!

I have kept the slot for the coins away from the top-middle so that it has a better chance of printing without supports since you wont be able to get to the inside to remove them. I also couldn't help myself and made a second version with the coin slot on the back end!

New Bobbles

Just a quick post to let you know that there are a few more Bobbles waiting for you in the Dropbox. I was able to get a few more cut while on my lunch break at work but they haven't been test printed. Let me know if you run into any issues, although you should be fine.

Bobble Snorlax

Who wouldn't want more Snorlax?! Well here we have a 3 part print with no supports needed, that when put together creates a Bobble Snorlax! You will need a dab of glue on each end of the spring but other than that, it's as easy as they come for this one. 

The one thing to note that when scaling up the print you will need to make sure that the body of the spring is always 100% filled. at 100% you will need 2 walls and at 200% you will need 4 walls as I have shown in the 2 pictures f...

Ornamental Charmander

Thanks for your patience on the next model everyone, its been a busy week and Charmander is now ready for you to print! Only a few spots will need supports, under the torso for one of the ornamental pieces and the top teeth will be the main culprits. obviously support anywhere else that you feel your printer will need it. Koraiden (Scarlet Legendary) Coming Soon

Well I'm getting close on finishing up another model for you guys from the new Scarlet game, Koraiden the Legendary! I need to add in all of the markings and smaller details as well as figure out a pose. We're off to a quick start for June and there are still so many models to go!

One of the new Pokemon shown in the newest trailer for Scarlet and Violet, Lechonk was just begging to be made. It will need supports under the belly, the tops of the ears, and a little on the tail.

Snorlax is waiting for you!

June is here and so is Snorlax, hungry for your printers! This should be a pretty straight forward print that you can drop in and hit slice. If you like to go big you may need some supports on some of the ornamental pieces on the back but other than that, just let it go!

I myself am going for a 230% version that should take around 34 hours, gotta go big for Snorlax. You can find the files in folder #143.

Ornamental Garchomp and June Preview

And just like that another Ornamental Pokemon is ready for you to print! This one will need supports and probably a decent amount of them for the FDM printers. I tried to make the contact points larger for the spots that will need the supports to try and help with a more successful print. Garchomp is #445 in the list and as usual, just follow the link in the pinned post.

Our poll for June's models finished up last week and we ended up with some fan favourites for sure!

June Ornamental Poll

I feel like May just came and went so fast and we're already about to be in June! Along with a new month means new models and it's up to you guys to pick what gets made. You have until the end of the week to make your pick but don't wait too long! As always it will be the top 4 that will get made.

Houndour is ready for you

I've been busy the last few days and really enjoyed modelling Houndour and because it was so much fun to do it's in the Dropbox folder waiting for you to print already! It will need supports under the torso but other than that you should be ok everywhere else. Houndour is #228 and the third Pokemon released of the 4 from the poll with Garchomp being the last one left.

Ornamental Togekiss

Aside from some under extrusion on my test print it was successful and stands up nicely! It will definitely need some supports underneath, I used tree supports and it did the job. The files are in the dropbox link, under Ornamental Pokemon, #468.

Ornamental Agumon

Well the first Ornamental Digimon is ready and waiting for you in the Dropbox folder (link in the pinned post). Supports will be needed under the torso and possibly under the chin depending on your printers. I'm planning on getting this on my resin printer later today but I would love to see what you guys do with this one!
