The face and hair is almost done, just need to make the earrings and a hair accessory. I had to shorten the front hair as i could not find any HS hairs that were even remotely similar to use as a base. A long version of the front hair is included too, but i would not recommend it outside of studio pose use.

This outfit was the most work intensive that i have done so far. The feathers for the alternative states were especially bothersome. No to mention their skinning.
There are two issues that i cannot solve, first is the dress in order to have the bell shape needs to use the legs skinning and not a skirts. But as the number of bones that can affect a vert is limited to 4, there can be no smooth transition between the two legs. This results in a sharp switch at the back of dress behin...

The outfit is mostly doe for her. What i still need to do are the alternative states, the rest of the body "tattoos" and some improvements to the dress skinning.
Just the wings and upper dress fur consists of around 60000 verts, so yeah it was quite tedious to modify it to fit properly with the body :)

No animation for the wings this time, as the source did not have any bone structure, and i did not want to spend another couple of days to rig it myself which would have caused addition delays. Includes two version of the "Shoes" one as flat and one as a heeled version. Also made a quick fit of the hair for the default head, it is not perfect and behaves as badly as all hairs in HS.

This outfit turned out to be quite a troublesome one, mostly due to the asymmetry of it. However, I'm really happy how it turned out to be, especially with the alternative states. As i described in the preview, the skirt uses the leg bones for skinning as i could not find a proper skirt from HS that came even close to this on in shape and worked fine with this one.
The lower skirt part(see-though) is in the Swimsuit Bottom slot and has an alternative state that fits with the main dress ...

I have been ill for most of last, week hence the delay :/ Finally managed to finish her. Hair fits with the generic anime head (used in the character included) or any HS original head. Chest armor and back ribbon are accessories. There are alternative states for the top, skirt and leggings.

This outfit was a the most labor intensive one so far. The outfit itself was quite problematic as it consists of a lot of smaller parts. The feathers / wings were an addition problem and i had to put a lot of work into them. On top of all this i had to remake almost all of the textures as they were too dark and noisy for HS.

Her outfit is turning out to be quite a lot of work. Most of it is done, the textures are a work in progress. What remains are the top part of clothes and the neck scarf, and the the hand feathers need quite some work so they behave correctly.

Most of the outfit is complete, I'm currently working on the alternative cloths states, textures and the belt still needs to be done.
The alternative states will be proper mesh change(shape) and not just transparency (tear) as in previous releases.
The reason for the two different textures is that they use the same mesh exactly, so it was very little effort to make both. So there's a little bonus for you all. :)

The previous Mercy outfit mod(by me) is required for this one to work properly. As it uses textures for the hair accessory (halo) from that mod. It will update the clothing preset with a new version, so just overwrite it.
I decided to use a custom eyebrow, as none of the HS one's are even close to this style. Vanilla HS eyebrows can be used if that's what you prefer, but i cannot guarantee that they will be in perfect position.
