Goo Girl Sprite

Many -new- Slime enemies will use this sprite instead of the old one. Except Mystery Slime keeps the old one. Some new minion enemies will use the old ones.

General Slime Dungeon Updates

While Melting and Blobbed were already chilling in the code, I have fine-tuned their details (both were a little buggy ui-wise) and have properly implemented them as a rare debuff in one fight, maybe more. It took like 5 mins but now, Blobbed changes your sprite to... A blue slime's. How cute! It's a very severe debuff and there's no cure out there yet. Have fun. 


Diana now switches to 'ranged mode' when Flying or Floating, as well as while Backline.

CV Ending + Jan Poll Results

I have updated the prototype to include a CV ending in the cheat room. This is longer, and I might make it a little bigger at some point. Intended to be a rare ending where you need to feed Diana certain items! I might do more longer & rare endings in the future. So that leaves last month's poll all sorted.


I'll keep an eye for any changes but it looks like the month's almost over!

Update to Private version

Mimic Fight Changes...

Mimic can now shape wood self, for a self-heal. 

Diana can do... Something to free Beth from mimic's maw. 

Buff to shape wood when used as an attack. 

General buff to mimic. 0 block -> 20 block, so some significant damage reduction. Starts with def up. 

Overall these changes should compensate for its low agi which makes it a crit magnet.

Well at last, here they are. Diana's idle anim, Dana's bow-idle anim, Diana shooting bow... The 3 new ones are shown here along with the existing Diana-using-item and Diana-dagger-attack. Brief thoughts on ideas for part 2

Heyo! Initially I was a little stuck on how to progress with Slime Dungeon's gameplay, that is, yes we've established it's about pretty straightforward 'fire slime, use an ice or water spell to kill it'. Within that space, I've tried to make battles have a little depth to at least give certain ideal opportunities to use defend, certain items, etc. etc.

Heyas, here's what I have planned for Slime Dungeon, at the very least I expect to have a part 2 done, hopefully part 3 done by the end of this 6 month period, this means PARTS -each- with an equivalent or greater amount of content than part 1.

Diana Prototype (Playable)

I'mma hit the hay for tonight but here it is. In the cheats room, you can recruit Diana, just click the button. There are some INCOMPLETE battles for the Mystery Slime & Mimic as well. Heyos, below is the attack sprite for Diana. This will have a blade-less edit that will be played when using an item/etc., and will also get a bow edit. In addition to the previously seen frontal sprite. With that out of the way soon, I am going to contemplate the next party member/sprite. So the polls were pretty close with cock vore winning by 1 vote, so I figured I'd just do all 3 lol. Here are 3 new Slime Dungeon bad ends each over like 1k words-ish. 2/3 battles are already done just need to write up their battle text, the ghost one I need to design a bit more. New bad endings (open for suggestions)

Heyo! I just wrote a short tongue absorb ending for this new enemy, I won't say what the enemy is just yet, since it's supposed to be a 'trap'/trick, so to speak. And I am a bit cruel...


So, my next ideas for encounters are a mystery slime (changes between Jelly, Oil, Rubber status) and a gargoyle. Gonna add goo girls but I want to distinguish them from the basic blob slimes.

A better way to refresh pages (pt 2)

Here's as of yet unnamed xeno-biologist, demonstrating the combat system tweak. The main draws are that it'll let turns resolve faster, improve performance in the late-game and  let you keep your scrolling's position even when the page 'refreshes'. I also want to make the combat log scroll and update itself rather than deleting all old text with each turn. The main goal is to make things lightweight and snappy.
