So I opened a discord server but I have no idea what to do with it. Social media and I don't mix and I have very little exposure to it. But I am told this is a good way to connect with readers so I want to try it.

I named it "Dragon Knight Prophecy" I am assuming that is all anybody needs to find it?

Sorry all. I know it’s been awhile since I posted but I have been SWAMPED with chores. On the plus side I have been spending my free hours working on a barn I own. I showed you it earlier. Well it is rented out and hopefully I will have a fat paycheck this month. This will allow me to step back my hours and do more writing.

Sorry for the big gap in chapters I have been super busy. I will be hopefully posting the next chapter on August 6th.  

I find that not being able to work on my story makes me feel depressed. I love telling it so much. I would put out a chapter a day if I had the time to do so. Well maybe every two days since my editing skills are so terrible. That extra day will help.

They raced down the streets sticking to wide lanes to avoid people. Most of the city still seemed at peace with groups of people looking to the west and pointing at the rising smoke.

My erratic behaivor of late.

I want to let you all know I have been very short tempered and thin skinned of late. Most of this has to do with the fact that my wife is ill and bedridden. I take care of her and in the periods in between I do my writing. This is one of the reasons why I can write so much.  However life has gone wrong and I have had to start working outside the home. This means my wife is home alone for long periods of time unable to do anything for herself.  My only consolation is tha...

The sun blazed down from above the city of Avashire as Gersius, Lilly, and Thayle stood revealed before the assembled mass of the people. They were in awe of Lilly in her dragon form, but as the minutes wore on, they relaxed. Gersius spoke to the crowd for a few minutes more and assured them Lilly was safe. Cautiously people began to approach and ask questions.

I may have made a mistake!

Sooooo. I was reading through my notes and I discovered a half chapter I meant to use in book 1. It should have taken place on the road to Whiteford. It is a conversation where Lilly describes her dragon understanding of magic and tells Gersius about a dream world. Lilly stood in a vaulted room of white marble. It was round like the room she was just in and just as massive. However, the bare stone walls here were cracked and chipped. Thayle turned round and round as her eyes went wide with wonder. The landscape around her was lush and verdant. Tall trees towered overhead their branches stretching out impossibly far, choking out the sky that could only be seen in small gaps. chapter notes

Some very important things are said in this chapter. I would like to know if you feel it's missing anything. Astikar is being very cryptic for reasons not yet explained. There is so much more going on here that is yet to be revealed. So I worry some readers might come away feeling they didn't get what they wanted here. The wider mystery is hinted at when Astikar tells him he does not know the true face of his enemy.

The air was cool as it blew across his skin. There was an unusual sense of calm, a stillness that rivaled anything he had known. Gersius stood motionless, his eyes closed as he seemed to almost wake from a dream.
