How to watch IT: what do you prefer?

Somebody asked: "why are you watching the Halloween movies now?"

Because the edited versions for YouTube will be finished on the month of Halloween, and if by any chance there is a copyright claim, I have time to dispute it, even if it takes 30 days of wait 😊

IT: Chapter One is a film, based on a book. Previous to this movie, there was a miniseries, called IT.

I was wondering if you would like us to watch the miniseries and the films, and afterward, create a video about which version I like more and why, which is more accurate, and which is scarier, among other things I may discover throughout the watch-along.

I've watched DR. STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS

DISCLAIMER for those who have access to Early Access only: I previously watched "WANDAVISION" and "WHAT IF...?". This movie was watched right after "SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME", so there was no way to watch "DAREDEVIL" or any other recommended series/movie.

I do, however, have a bit of knowledge of the X-Men, because I have partially watched one of the movies (don't know which one though): it was many years ago. My father was the one truly watching it, and I was just eating my lunch. I left as soon as I finished, but managed to get to know some of the characters, and I've facially recognized one of them in this movie. But because I didn't remember his name, it was not worth this entire explanation throughout the watch-along.

Between tomorrow and late Tuesday, without affecting the rest of the content, I will upload:

• Early Access to THE IRON GIANT

I have a lot of news to share that hopefully will be positive to most of the community:

As I mentioned often, YouTube and Twitch are not my full-time job: I am an engineer, I've worked as a food quality and safety consultant in a European laboratory for 4 years, and this year 2022 I've quit my job and started working as a teacher in mechanics, currently focused on electro-mechanics for automobiles.

This job requires a Master's Degree, which I'll commence this September. So far I dealt the best way I knew with my personal life, job, and this, but adding a Master's Degree is something I can't fit into my current schedule. Since February I've been debating if I should even quit doing videos by the end of this year. 

In the end, I hopefully won't have to, but changes have to be made instead, especially for my mental health. The brainstorming and development took their time.

The changes are the following:

• It's one movie watch-along per week (this is already applied).
• Once every 2 weeks we can watch a movie live, together (applicable once I finish Sarah Connor Chronicles, but I'm already doing it every once in a while)
• I can not keep watching series and movies each week. It will have to be one of them per time. But I will be able to watch more than 3 episodes per week, or if they are short, even 4-5 episodes. This will be applied once I finish "Sarah Connor Chronicles".
• I will react to trailers, documentaries, music, events, shows, stand-up comedies, games, and create a compilation of best clips even. These are the ones that will create that extra content because I'm already doing most of them on Twitch, I just never shared them on YouTube. Patreon will always have Early Access to all this content, except for trailers. None of this content can be voted on because it can not be published weekly, although it may change in time depending on your feedback and my human abilities.
• I will create YouTube Shorts related to what I will share on my platforms.

I hope this information is helpful, but most importantly: I hope you understand my circumstance and why this decision was taken. None of this is easy for me, but it's either this or I close my channels because I can't keep working on them separately.

I also understand that this can not be for everyone's liking, obviously. No hard feelings on that. I just ask you to be kind about it.

Poll says "tie", but...

I didn't expect to see the previous live poll having a tie... but this tie wasn't there yesterday afternoon, and remember yesterday afternoon was the deadline. During my Twitch stream from last night, I announced the winner was Beetlejuice.

For a reason I can not explain, the deadline I set didn't work and the poll continued available. The "votes & modifications" done between last night and today are not valid because they were done out of the deadline, it's just that Patreon for some reason permitted them. So the movie that we'll watch live is Beetlejuice.
