Daily Sketch: Pirates

I spent a little too long on the line-art, so I hardly put any time into the coloring. Pirates are fun. I think behind Barbarians and Witches, Pirates are my favorite archetype. I like Druids too, but Druids kind of fit between Barbarians and Witches, so they're covered. 

Scrapped Mark Comic

I started this comic for two reasons. One, I wanted to see what a full comic page would look like in my colored-sketch style. Two, I wanted to make a joke about the n-word controversy that was going on with Pewdiepie (he got salty and sid 'nigger'). 

The joke with this Mark comic is that Mark is aiding a sexy Black sangoma (which is like a priestess/druidess) fight and evil Cthulhu-esque monster. The key to defeating him is by screaming a magic word. The word is "NIGGER!" and Mark refuses...

Menehuene

Menehuene are one of the dwarf races from Shadowrun, a cyber-pink setting. I don't really know how to draw cyber-punk, so as I was sketching I thought it would be cool to put her on some sort of hover-bike or something, but I don't draw those very often, so I started with a regular bike, and . . . And I ended up with a regular bike. So nothing of the cyber-punk got through. I do think it's cute though.

I only support a few other arists on Patreon, and usually I only support some for a few months, just kind of a circular Karma thing, but I really like the content SquarePeg makes, even if it is all futa and futa is not my thing. Briar's Friday Night Activity

So the imp got the most enthusiasm, so I'm going with him as the main sidekick. I think will use the turnip-boy too though, but maybe as more of a stock henchmen, like the minions from Groo, or Shy-Guys. Imp should be for the best though, since he can sass back to Briar. I drew his penis shorter here than in the first sketch just for aesthetics (I don't like the look of a big stupid dick on a flying creature) but he'll be a major grower. He'll be like a foot long.

Briar Concept Art, Please Discuss

So, I'm thinking of spotlighting Briar a bit next month, because it'll be October, and ya'know. Witches. Halloween. Tropes. Chibis

I've been making chibis. This is not a commission or anything, I've just been making chibis. They are fun, easy, and cute. They are also the excuse I'm going to use for why I haven't posted last month's Cache yet. I keep adding little things to it because it's comparatively light compared to previous months. I want to finish just one or two things before posting it. Also, the last poll I did for the 'daily colored sketch' is sort of turning into a short comic.

I think I did a good job on Chun-Li, although I'm not good at drawing muscular legs. Ryu is awful. He looks like some generic henchman. Oh jeez. This one game out a little later than I expected. Wednesday ended up being busy around the house. New roommate and such. No problems, just activity. I'm not sure what my next poll will be about. I might pass the buck and just recycle a well-used idea, like Disney Dominatrices or something.

I know I just posted this image, but I didn't anticipate how the red soda was going to read as blood. I really didn't. I know how obvious that kind of thing should have seemed, but it honestly never crossed my mind as I was coloring the image. Thankfully I was able to change the red to blue using some filters and stuff.

Turns out I'm allergic to garlic

No daily sketch today. I'm trying to work on something but I can only do so for about one-minute spurts. I don't eat garlic. It gives me diarrhea. I didn't think there would be any problem with me cutting a few pounds of it up though (a friend is doing a thing). As I was cutting the garlic my fingers started to hurt. Ninja Dwarf

It's technically supposed to be a Koropokkuru from Shadowrun, but I really failed on implementing any sci-fi elements into her, so she's basically just a Ninja Dwarf. I really enjoy drawing dwarves. I enjoy this body type a lot.
