Hey All,
In part two I demonstrate how I developed the foam setup and build it in a simple fast running scene. Spoiler its heavily based on the new whitewater solver logic but built from scratch without all the bells and whistles of the full solver.
The Hip files will be a bit late on this one, I forgot to copy them and I am away from home till Monday. Sorry about that!
I'll record part 3 next week which will be getting the foam...

Hi All,
Here is a sneak peek of some foam tests I am running for part two of the beer tutorials. Pretty happy with the results but there are still a few kinks I would like to sort out.

Hi All,
José I think you will like this one. Thanks for the suggestion.
In this tutorial I demonstrate how to simulate the base FLIP simulation for the beer liquid using and initially filled bottle to pour the liquid.
Its a very naturalistic approach and can easily be swapped out for an emitter to pour the beer, which would sim a bit faster.
The beer foam part of the tutorial will only be covered in part 2 of the tutorial.
Enjoy!

In part to I demonstrate how to mesh the liquid, a part of the setup just as important as the simulation its self.
Now open to all patrons.
Enjoy!

Hi All,
In this tutorial I demonstrate how to simulate a bottle filling up from the bottom by adding a divergence field to the simulation.
This is part one and part two will follow shortly going through the meshing process.
Enjoy!

Hi All,
I have been working away putting together a much needed new showreel for the last two weeks. The reel from 2015 was getting a bit to old for my liking.
It kept me busy but its sorted now and I already started working on a new FLIP tutorial which will be out soon.

Hi All, here is a new written tutorial on building vellum constraints from scratch for a continuous emission.

Hi All,
I made this hip file to awnser a quesiton from José about my sticky grain tutorial : How do I use a noise in the breakthreshold?
Here is an example of how to drive the break threshold of the attach to geometry constraint with an attribute on the geometry the points attach to.

Hi All, second video of the month I'm on a roll.
In this tutorial I demonstrate how you can tightly pack a bunch of non intersecting strings and then explode the ball using vellum.

Hi all,
First off I'd like to welcome all the new patrons that signed up this month thank you very much!
Should have let the community know that content would be slow the last 2 weeks. I was on holiday but I am back now and you can expect some new content coming your way. The image in the post is a preview of the final result of the next video tutorial which will be out in a day or two.
All the new patrons have swung the tutorial poll back in favour of vellum and the new tut...

Hi All,
This tutorial is all about understanding how to use surface tension with FLIP. There is more to cover on the topic but I think this is a good start.
PS: I forgot to mention in the video if you want to get the time remap effect like you Red Splash video you can animate the time scale parameter on the flip solver.
Enjoy!

Hey all, here is another vellum tutorial using tetrahedral constraints this time.
I would highly recommend using this method over connected vellum grains if the end goal of the simulation is to deform the original geometry by the simulated points.
