One sun, two birds, 10 turbines

These wind turbines are quite new, this part of the horizon used to be free. There's very little free horizon left now here. It's a lovely demonstration of earths curvature though 😉

I think that most of you are not here for the sun and sunset photos. I post these scheduled, as a sign of life and because I have a virtually endless collection of that 😁 I was wondering if you actually care about those, or that these are just 'noise in the feed'?..

The "Or is it" thing has arrived...

At the end of my my video 'Computer HiFi' I say "The first HiFi with a GUI..." Then a blurry picture is shown with the words "Or is it?". That's what's in these boxes. The first shots have been made... I have no idea how long it will take me to finish the video but probably next year 😉

Nothing beats real sunlight... This will be about the design of this simple netbook from 2009. Perhaps I should name the video 'design breakdown' or something, because I won't go in deep detail about the history of netbooks. That has been done before extensively by other YouTubers. I hope to release it next weekend, but I should probably remove and replace that last shot...

It's been probably two years since the last time I captured a ship inside the setting sun. I didn't post this one here yet if I'm correct, but it looks quite much like an other one.

Sea shine

I don't think there's a name for when sunlight bounces off the sea and hits the clouds, like here. I think "Sea Shine" is a nice name for it.

Red ball over bright water

I might also have used that word before to describe the scene... Very nice and rare situation with a dark horizon but bright water, reflecting the higher sky.

Noctilucent clouds (NLC) of this year

These are the highest clouds on earth and only become visible long after sunset, and only a few days in summer.
