Happy New Year!!!
Here we are in 2021 but it still feels like 2020 for a lot of us I think. My apologies for the delay in getting going on here. I unfortunately spent all of January sick (not with covid thankfully) and am just getting my footing back, and will be aiming to catch up this week. Plus dealing with my resident challenge of internet connectivity and speed in rural Ontario during covid. We went back into "stay at home order" in January. So that's the news at my end.

Here is our breakdown and practice of our 3rd section.
Remember you can use this as a skeleton and add your own touch, worry more about being with the music and expressing it with your movement and energy that about what move happens when. Think about letting the music move through and connect sections of your body, and most of all have fun with it:)
