Sunday Post (pt2) - 2017 Archive

2017 is the year that I really got the ball rolling on streaming regularly, if the announcement cards I made are any indication.  And while I had adopted Kaminari at the end of the previous year, I made an effort in 2017 to try and refine her design.  The handful of sketches that came of it, while they didn't finalize her look (read: proportions), solidified her place as the fitness doggo!

Sunday Post (pt2) - 2016, and 2015 and back archives

We're going to start off the mid and high tier specific benefits by getting caught up on the archives, starting with some OLD stuff - we're talking some pre-Sofi material in there!  There's also lots of sketches and incomplete drawings that never made it to a gallery, but shed some interesting light on the ways my style bounced around in the early days.

Changes! Patrons Please Read!

I'm implementing those changes I alluded to last week.  To help expand the page, I've changed the tiers and altered the benefits slightly.  New tiers are as follows:

Low Pressure Fan - 5 USD - Gain access to high resolution images.

Mid Pressure Fan - 10 USD - Gain access to high res images and archive bundles.

High Pressure Fan - 15 USD - Gain access to high res images, archive bundles, and future alpha demos of developing games!

ATTENTION! - Upcoming changes

Hey everyone!

So I'm trying to manage the business/social media end of my work a little more, which means there will be upcoming changes, not the least of which will be adjustments to tiers.  I'll do my best to make sure any changeovers go as smoothly as possible, and I'll make it a point to not arbitrarily limit access to things I've already posted.

Rusty Seas - Week 1 Demo Update

Been busy all week working on Rusty Seas, and boy there were a lot of bug that needed shaking out!  So I decided to release another update (a 1.1 on the demo, if you will).  Some fixes/tweaks include:

- Nymph's head can no longer be shoved into the waters of Crumpled Cornershop using other items [hopefully!]
- Fixed excessively loud wave sound effects.
- Fixed bug that caused Mirig to become vulnerable after attacking in the purple wetsuit, even if she still had i-frames...

Rusty Seas - The Lalo Update

And here it is, the last major update before we move into putting Rusty Seas out as a demo!  Some new features and changes:

- Game now goes to a title screen on startup
- A SAVE SYSTEM!  LIKE A REAL GAME!
- Players can now call Lalo from the overworld map
- Grassy Gravelpath added as an endcap to the demo
- Overhauled outfits - blue one piece now has slightly enhanced stats from the baseline of all other outfits, and all other outfits now get a gimmick and no drawb...

Rusty Seas - Surprise! Emily Update!

And ahead of schedule, I might add!  This time, we have even more additions than the Nymph update, including:

- The introduction of Northshore Outfitters and Emily
- A star-rating system for all of the levels to keep track of completion (still no save feature yet, but coming soon!)
- Advanced stages - After you get a perfect score on a stage, you will be given the option to play an advanced version for an additional rustheap and dimes.
- The beginning of a small questline ...

Rusty Seas - Nymph Update Now Availible!

And here it is!  It's been a long time coming, but Nymph is finally back in the game!  This update includes a new miniboss, new dialogue, and a few critical bug fixes (like the random crashing on Castle Cove).

I've decided on a convention of naming each update of Rusty Seas after a character that first appears or is heavily focused on within that update.  By my (rather hopeful) estimate, I should have two more updates before a complete demo of Rusty Seas is ready.  N...

Public Post - Rusty Seas: Nymph Update coming soon!

I've been hard at work on Rusty Seas over the past couple of weeks, and I've made some pretty good headway on the next major update - the miniboss fight against Nymph at the Crumpled Cornershop!  This update will include the boss fight itself, new assets, and a few more dialogues revolving around a particular windup bat.  If my current pace keeps up, I should have the update available for patrons this coming Sunday!

Rusty Seas - The Plan Going Forward!

I've been letting people know when they've asked, but I decided I ought to make a public post to make sure people are in the loop.  This coming year, I plan on pivoting all of my effort into developing Rusty Seas, a sort of top-down beat-em-up/collectathon featuring furry girls in bikinis fighting over salvages on the beach.  Y'know, the sort of thing I might develop.

It's finally back, and we're getting close to the end!  I also have a couple more images, as well as a fun exercise in trying to show which of my OC's belong to what canon.
