Spell Cells are small batteries that are able to store a charge of magical energy. In the Elven city of Silver Spires, they are made cheaply available to the public, and can provide ordinary people with magic items and spells who would otherwise not have access to such luxuries. These shiny magical cylinders play a big part in the story of our Stars of the Sea campaign, and player characters are given access to this technology in the very first game session.

Just a quick look at how our new campaign map is progressing. It will cover the city of Silver Spires that you may already be familiar with from the TFG campaign map, and introduces the Seasong Islands, just off the south coast.
We're pretty happy with how we've laid out all the big elements, but there's a lot of details that will still change before we reach our final design.
