Whiskey Wednesday
Okay, I'm actually on my way back from San Francisco right now, but I wanted to share this with you all quickly. I would love to be sitting back in that chair right now and it was only three days ago. The pick for this week is Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon. For me it was soft, fruity, and easy. Sometimes that's a bad thing because you find yourself having that second glass. It's not terribly distinctive, but I did enjoy it a lot and I adore that bottle.

What a fun evening at Green Valley Ranch~ Winter on the Terrace! For those of you not familiar, Green Valley Ranch is a resort/casino located off strip in nearby Henderson. How was everyone's weekend? Mine was wonderful but it really flew by! Las Vegas was hopping this weekend with a Raiders football game, the Vegas Knights Hockey team playing and we have the Rodeo in town all week. Happy Monday. I hope everyone had a beautiful weekend. Every year I tell myself that I'm going to get an earlier start to my holiday shopping and somehow I never do. So, this weekend I finally started. I do have to say that shopping online has made it infinitely easier, but I do love to go to the stores and see the displays and decorations. Isn't it just the greatest feeling to wrap up the week and look forward to the weekend?!
Whether it be fun filled with friends or loved ones, or just hanging around the house. It always feels good to me. I love to start my Saturday mornings with a piping hot cup of coffee in bed, reading a magazine, or watching a tv show I'm in the middle of binging. Sometimes in the middle of a photoshoot, I break out of character and start laughing! Nurse Ashley was quite intense and I guess I must have needed a break from the seriousness of her role. 🩺 Last week was quite a transformational journey and I'm so glad I got to share it with all of you.
