Throwback Thursday

This is what I call my "Pretty in Pink" series which was done at the JW Marriott in Summerlin, about 20 -30 minutes west of the Las Vegas strip. The hotel is a bit dated now, but they do offer suites with a balcony with beautiful views of the mountains and golf course. I hear their spa is quite nice and they have a couple good restaurants on the property. The Rampart Casino is connected so you can make sure to get your gambling fix in too!

The Green Fairy

Monday Mayhem

I hope everyone had a beautiful weekend. Mine was going fine until yesterday, while I was taking my dog for a run on some trails and I twisted my ankle. It wasn't major, but as the day wore on, I finally had to give in and ice it. I think if I had to put these heels on today, it would not be a pretty sight. Even through all of that, I'm still in love with this lingerie set and these heels. I do hope all of you enjoy it.

First Look Friday

These are some of the first images from the shoot I did last week. What a different experience. Usually the shoots are confined to a hotel suite, but this was an entire house. There really wasn't enough time to shoot everything I wanted. I could have spent a month with all of the ideas I had. It had some unique spaces and it got very creative, so I'm excited to share it with you.

Well, I am back from 3 days of shooting. It's always good to be home, but I always feel like I've been gone a month! My house looks like a tornado flew through.... it's full of stockings, lingerie, heels and clothes all over the place! It always takes me a couple weeks to get everything organized and put away. It's a fun process though, because I take my time and I get to really appreciate all my treasured possessions. 💜

Are you ready for the weekend? Mine is going to be busy getting ready for the shoot. I always think I've gotten everything ready and then when I get there, I forgot something. I've gotten better, but I seriously think I need an assistant. Any volunteers? The one disadvantage is that there won't be any room service. When they come to service the pool, they may be a little surprised. ☺

Monday Motivation

I hope everyone had a good weekend! Mine did not go as planned, but I do try to make lemonade out of lemons🍋or at least a Lemon Drop 🤣. Even though Southwest Airlines canceled 100s of flights, including many coming into Las Vegas, the Strip was still packed and hopping. It does makes me happy that Las Vegas is flourishing after such a terrible year last year.

I've been so busy getting ready for this weekend that I almost forgot to post this today. Please forgive me. This is a new photo from an old set. I was going through my lingerie today and I have to say that this set has to be in my top ten. It helps when the lighting makes it pop. 

It started gloomy here today, but the air is cool and the lights of Vegas are shining bright tonight. I hope your weekend has started off well and I'm in your thoughts where ever you might be.
