Monday Mood

I'm super excited about my photoshoot this week! My bedroom was filled up with all kinds of lingerie, stockings and high heels this weekend in preparation for it. It's always so fun to put the sets together. Derby Bourbon

Throwback Thursday ~ The Nomad Chapter 5

This was such a fun set to shoot! I had an East Coast friend gift me these super sexy Louboutin nude So Kates and a pair of Touchable stockings. It was all about the the heels and the wonderfully silky hosiery. It was exciting to use the pool table and surrounding space around the suite to take these photographs, playing and teasing the camera. There is something very sexy about nude stockings and heels!

Whiskey Wednesday

It had to be Midleton Very Rare Barry Crockett Legacy for this week's Whiskey Wednesday. It wasn't an easy choice, with so many top shelf Irish Whiskeys to choose from at a local pub, but I think I made the right one. What a special and delicious whiskey! Every sip from the beginning to end was really, very good. Maybe sipping it outside, on a lovely afternoon, added to the enjoyment of it as well.

Day Dreaming

Lately, with the thought of things opening back up, I've been doing a lot of daydreaming. I've been thinking about beautiful hotel suites with room service and amazing restaurants. Spa treatments & pool time! Sipping delicious, unique cocktails while enjoying a show or some other form of entertainment!

Throwback Thursday ~ The Nomad Chapter 4

One of the unique aspects of the Suite Royale at the Nomad Hotel is the beautiful pool table. I don't usually play pool in my lingerie, but when I do, it's at the Nomad 🥰 Do you think I have the correct form? Maybe I don't have enough chalk. 

Whiskey Wednesday

Yay!!! Today is my first Whiskey Wednesday after being fully vaccinated! This was definitely a cause for celebration 🎉.  I decided to try a new bar inside Mandalay Bay called "1923 Prohibition". It's a fun little spot to have a cocktail and relax in a "speakeasy" setting. I got a kick thinking about what would happen today if the USA had prohibition in 2023. Can you imagine???

Most of my more elegant pleasure accessories have been gifts which I treasure. The sad part is that most of the time they are hidden away. Mirrors

I love mirrors. Not because I love looking at myself, but because of the different things mirrors allow you to do. They can be used to look at someone discretely and indirectly. They allow me to tease someone without being obvious. I think it's the voyeur in me and the voyeur in others that I love. I'm not partial to any one mirror, but to all kinds, from the full length to the small ones I carry in my purse.

Throwback Thursday ~ The Nomad Chapter 3

One of my favorites things in the Suite Royale at the Nomad is the Library/Living space shown in these photos. It is so unique and I don't think there is anything quite like it in Las Vegas. Out of the 1600 square feet of this suite, I felt it was the warmest and most inviting room, and I loved all of it!

You may notice that I really enjoyed sipping Veuve  Clicquot and eating strawberries with whipped cream. They go so well together 😚.

Writers Tears Double Oak Irish Whiskey was a thoughtful St. Patrick's Day gift from a very sweet patron💚. I love getting whiskeys that I haven't tried before. It's just so much fun! One Year Anniversary 💜

Today is exactly one year that I published my first post on Patreon! I can't thank all of you enough for your support, kind words and encouragement over this last year. It has been a challenging one for all of us, one way or another. But having you all here, has made the world of difference in my life and I am very grateful 💕.

Whiskey Wednesday

When I decided on today's pick, I didn't realize that it's only available in Nevada & California.  Frey Ranch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made in Fallon, Nevada, which is way north of Las Vegas, east of Reno, the state capital. The family has had their farm for over 165 years and their whiskey is made with only 10 percent of their crops, the rest mostly sent to the dairy farm next door to feed the cattle.

Snap

It is no easy thing to snap the back of your stockings. It took me a while to learn and can be very frustrating, especially if you don't get your stockings lined up first. That's where a full length mirror comes in handy and not all stockings are made equal. Some have more give than others and the length varies greatly.  

Just when I find a favorite pair, the company runs out or stops making them. It is an endless journey. It would be interesting to know how many of you prefer...

Windows

Let me open the windows this morning. I love being in a room that has big windows that can look out over Vegas, whether it's the strip or the mountains. It always feels different and I feel like I'm somewhere completely new. Being in bed at night with all the lights, feels electric to me and fills me with energy.

It's the weekend!

Hope everyone is having a great Friday and looking forward to the weekend. I was out of town all week, so today actually feels like a Monday to me 🤣. It was really nice to get a way for a few days to visit newly vaccinated family & friends and enjoy some time together in California. The weather was beautiful and I really enjoyed this little mini-vacation.

I was hoping to post a photo today, but the day has gotten away from me, so I will save it for tomorrow!
