I finished therapy.

Today my therapist told me that he’s proud of me. That I know how to manage stress and fight with it. That I am no longer a child, but a grown man who matters and whose opinion matters.

He said that, what I came to him with, is no longer valid, because I won. And I know how to deal with it.

I am super happy, I do feel better and I feel like I can handle it better than I could before I started therapy.

I think I will get back to him with other things tho, but for now, as...

Due to Easter coming, my family is visiting so there is a lot of people in my house. Can't really record long videos freely but I prepared something cool looking for you, but it will be one of those longer videos. It was a hella exhausting day at work today. My legs and feet are killing me. Didn’t even finish my beer and I decided to just go to seep. Therapy is going good.

I had 3 sessions so far. On my last one I was told about some techniques that can help me. Whenever I feel anxiety kicking in, I should focus on things around me that I see and start naming them by saying what they are. There's another option- focus on sounds around me and say what they are as I hear them. There's also a 3rd option- regulating my breath and then when I breath out, breath out as much as I can until I start feeling uncomfortable, hold for about 3 seconds and then breath in. Rep...
