Interdictor Prequel Chapter 1

Since I'm away on a trip, I wasn't able to work on anything whatsoever, but I wanted to post somethkng nonetheless, so there ya go!

I've wrote a little bit of a Prequel to the Interdictor, to try and get some world building going and also, as always, practice my skills as a writer. So I wrote a single chapter that introduces a couple characters that may show up in Interdictor's future chapters.

Time for one of these again! This one was much more laborious than I thought it'd be to begin with.

During the concept, I had this idea of the imperial family sitting down, as if for a family portrait, with one of the sons sitting in a chair, the head of the family standing up and with his hand on his shoulder, but behind them, a human with his hand on the father's shoulder. I really liked the meaning behind that and what it meant for the story, so I went with it, except that I expanded...

After 10 pages, we finally have a cover!

It's fancy, it's mysterious, it's opulent, it's Interdictor's cover!

Took me quite a long while to do this one, since it is painted in a very meticulous manner, but produces amazing results! I hope you all like it! :D

I'll be posting throught the week a little process for this comic and some reference pictures if I can find them again~

It is all incredibly harder to do when your background isn't static in any of the panels, but nonetheless, I made a few breakthroughs in figuring out how to shade these pages.

On a side note, what do you guys think about the red font for the lettering? (Apparently colorblind people are having a harder time reading them up)
