Speedrun - Chapter 25:

Okay!  That's the last post for 2023, up and ready to go.  It's been a great year, I think, but it's time to move on.  Speedrun, noticeably, is just not getting enough traction for the last several months, so it is with great sadness that I'm going to move it off the monthly popularity poll.

That's not to say I won't be updating it occasionally, though.  It'll just rely on whenever I have a spare day or two to whip up a chapter.

Winning Peace - Chapter 18

Before Christmas, as promised!  Even if Christmas is going to be a bit weird this year, given my mother just caught COVID.  So that's a thing.  She's on the mend, but it's probably going to catch everyone in the house, which means family from out of town cancelled at the last minute and everything is kind of a dumpster fire now.

A Yakumo focus chapter!  Probably not what anyone was expect, but what the story needed!  Next chapter will feature interactions with Kokoro, so look forward to that.

The next thing I'm working on will be a chapter of Winning Peace, which I hope to have out before Christmas.

Other than that... I'm pretty tired, so I'm probably going to bed immediately after posting this.  I'll roll the next chapter over to QQ later on, after I get back from work.

Industrious: Engineering Marvels - Chapter 7

The conversation with Frank and Harry continues, then concludes!  Ray sets himself up to become very, very wealthy indeed as the future unfolds, but the mystery of the secretary looms large!

Next up is likely another mainline chapter of Industrious.  After that, I'm thinking about Winning Peace.

Where Your God Is - Chapter 7

Okay, a little later than I wanted it out, but a little longer than what I'd intended also.  Plus, weekends beat the crap out of me as per usual.

Other than that,not much to say.  This is a non-Kirito POV chapter, to give a better idea of other peoples' thoughts and emotions on various things.  There's a lot of planning going on and a short time skip (one month).  Next chapter will return to Kirito's POV and have a bit more planning before the action hits.

Not much to say this time around.  We'll be moving into a new arc soon, though, and this is some preparatory stuff for that in the near future, so look forward to that.

Otherworldly Quest Update - Part 3

Okay, looks like this is done and the vote is too, so I'll get working on the new mandate.  Which is, uh... suspiciously similar to the previous one.  Industrious in first, Winning Peace in second, The New Ron in third, Where Your God Is in fourth, and Speedrun in fifth.

Probably going to get a chapter of Industrious out and then throw some attention at Where Your God Is real quick.  So expect those updates this week.

Winning Peace - Chapter 17

Okay, various family members have headed back to their own homes and I am firmly recovered from Thanksgiving.  Now I await the trial that will be Christmas.

Industrious - Chapter 52

Well, getting this out by Thursday didn't happen, unfortunately.  I should have realized with Thanksgiving and everything that I'd be otherwise occupied with family matters.  Still, here it is!

Introspection, a look at how the Hokage is handling Kotaro's reputation behind the scenes, and a few other interesting tidbits here and there.

The New Ron - Chapter 29

So, I ended up hurting my back late last week doing some digging.  Nothing serious, but it turned out that sitting in a chair for long period of time aggravated it.  Which means I haven't been able to put my butt down in front of a computer to write much over the weekend.  On the upside I managed to binge a show or two I'd been meaning to get done and had a good time celebrating my mother's birthday.

And now that lewds have happened, here we go with the plot!  Specifically, one of the two major surgeries the MC has signed up for.  I foresee the second happening sometime soon as well.

Next update will probably be either a chapter of the Engineering Marvels sidestory or a quest update for Otherworldly.

Code Geass Quest - Turn 10 Rumor Mill

Alright, that's the quest update done and... Industrious wins the monthly poll, to no one's surprise.  Somewhat more interesting is a very close call between Winning Peace and The New Ron.  Still, Winning Peace does eek out a victory once all the votes between Patreon and SubscribeStar (and all the tiers) are tallied.  So it looks like the standard 1,2,3 finish.

Nexus Event - Chapter 8

Well, Nexus Event won out over The New Ron this time, but I'll go ahead and promise to get out a chapter of the latter sometime this month as well.

In the meantime, there's still most of a day left on the poll, so if you haven't voted you can take a look at the options.  I'll be working on getting out an update for the SV Code Geass quest over the weekend and then a chapter of Industrious (Main Story) sometime early next week.
