Okay, looks like polling is done and... Industrious and Winning Peace take the 1-2 finish as per usual, followed by The New Ron, Where Your God Is, and Speedrun trailing in last.

Longer than usual chapter with some fluff, plot stuff, and some intrigue as well.
I'll try to have a chapter of either The New Ron or another Industrious out early in the weekend. If it's Industrious, it will feature the, uh... 'fight' with Hinata and if it's The New Ron, it will feature the hot mess that is a team-up with Shego to find Drakken.

Look at me, actually keeping a deadline for once, woo!
This chapter is admittedly something of a bookkeeping chapter, filling in a lot of details that haven't quite been explicitly mentioned. Also a good bit of deal-making to be had as well as a bit of an interlude between the interlewds, if you know what I mean.

Okay, this officially marks the end of the 'introductory' chapters. The flashbacks parts have been helping to set the tone with the in medias res opening, but we'll be moving to more exclusively present-day stuff now.
Next chapter will likely be entirely in-game, though there will be an upcoming interlude for the IRL world, probably around chapter 10 or so.
Beyond that, expect another chapter out by the end of the week. Probably... hmm, either Industrious or Nexus Even...

Okay, the poll has closed as of a few hours ago and results are... exactly as expected.
Industrious wins out followed by Winning Peace. Where Your God Is takes third, beating out The New Ron, which takes forth. Sadly, Speedrun takes fifth. Maybe I'll manage to finish the chapter I'm currently working on for that sometime this month.
In any event, that's the lineup for August! I'm currently working on the next Industrious and should have that out soon.

Maybe next time I'll take less time in between chapters of this story. It was a real pain getting back into the swing of things. Either that or keep writing little bits in between other chapters I'm working on. Something.
