"Roamingthrough" captured the kind of essence I think I have, and it had a nickname opportunity in there, Roam. Roaming-through comes from the way I use the internet, which is in a very passive way for the most part. So expressions are not my forte; there's a ton of stuff that I want to work on and trying to come up with a guide revealed that to me. 

What I caaan say is that it's helpful to understand each component of the face to know how far you can push them individually. I add a lot of diagonals in expressions to add asymmetry, and small lines surrounding major features. You can see these in creases above and below the eye, surrounding the eyebrows to indicate thinning, smile lines, the low...

When I think about drawing the mouth, I think about the teeth. They're the foundation for everything else, which is why people w/o teeth have that sunken collapsed look. Lips wrap around teeth, and teeth are a round form like your skull, which means lips follow that curve (run your finger over your mouth and notice the path it follows).
