To recap, or in case you missed it, these were the takeaways from those surveys:
Wondrous item, common
While wearing these boots, you can use a bonus action to increase or decrease the height of the soles, up to a maximum of 5 feet (provided there's enough room) and a minimum of 1 inch.
A gnome's glare is unnerving enough from the ground, and doubly so at eye level.
