I try to go paddle boarding every opportunity possible. Not only does it help me with my balance but it also correct my posture and strengthens my right and my left side equally. It’s difficult with lyra to maintain an exercise regimen that strengthens my right and my left side equally as my right side is stronger than my left by far. Paddleboarding really helps me balance this out and relieve pain caused by the imbalance.

In the early 18th century the banyan, was wildly popular among men. A banyan is a loose-fitting jacket that was worn around the house or publicly, by gentlemen, when formal clothes were not called for.
Women have taken this concept and turned it on its head with opulence and elegance. Such as this “barely there” dressing gown with so much fluff, made by famed burlesque costumer Catherine D’Lish.

Middles Beach is such a great spot to unwind and rejuvenate here in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
