 What can I say about this day? I was feeling particularly down this day.  Just a case of the blahs, nothing big but bad enough to suck. When i'm  feeling this way I go outside and get whatever exercise id available. On  this day, it was paddle boarding. The water was calm...  Taking up Space. Working with what you have in the moment is crucial  when entertaining a crowd. Honestly just for life in general. The wind  was not working with me in this video series and I was so frustrated and  kept fighting it to make the fans do what I wanted. I had to talk  myself down and realize that sometimes it can be magical when the  elements work against you. Its an opportunity for improvisation. We will  learn more about improvisation later ...

Look for the Light.

When I start to doubt my ability to persevere  i look for the light. What bit of hidden magic can make this situation bearable  until i can escape to my own world again?.. How can I grow that tiny ray of light? Just look for the light. It's there, waiting for you.
