Incoming Transmission from Slumberland

Hey everyone! Apologies for my absence for over a week. About eight nights ago I developed a pretty bad cough which turned out to be just a precursor to one of the worser bouts of sickness I've had in recent years (not Covid OR the Flu surprisingly enough). It knocked me out so much I pretty much haven't been able to do anything other than sleep, wake up for a few moments to eat a cracker or something and then go back sleep. Sudden Eclipse of the Supergirl

For many in the world it's just another day. But here in parts of North America it's ECLIPSE DAY! And even though we won't see totality here in Florida we will get a little bit of eclipsure (adding word to dictionary) and I'm looking forward to peeking my head out of my studio this afternoon to stare up at a covered sun with dark glasses on.

Drawing Jubilee

I posted this lil' Jubilee across the socials over the weekend so thought I'd share the timelapse drawing of her for patrons this afternoon. Unlike a lot of my drawings, she came together pretty quickly. Although I did end up tweaking her right leg since I first shared her here a couple months ago. It just looked too long and out of proportion. Plus wasn't a major fix so happy I decided to edit that.
